Sharing a number of photos featuring Blake over the years, she wrote, 'A little birdie told me Blake Lively’s gorgeous rhinoplasty was performed by Dr. Thomas Romo in NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston).'
'Obviously this post isn’t a full breakdown of what I believe she's had for the amazing and natural-looking glow up. I have talked about Blake's nose job and her bleph before, but never a full breakdown.'
