Jennifer Garner keeps it casual in a T-shirt and leggings while out with her kid Fin, 15, in LA - amid ex Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's divorce drama

Jennifer Garner enjoyed an outing with one of her kids, Fin Affleck, on Wednesday.

The 52-year-old actress put on a casual display and appeared to be in high spirits as she took the 15-year-old to the DMV in Santa Monica for a driver's permit test.

For their excursion, which comes after they were spotted running errands together in Los Angeles the day before, she looked effortlessly stylish as her beauty radiated beyond her relaxed and comfortable outfit.

The 13 Going on 30 star, who also shares daughter Violet, 18, and son Samuel, 12, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, donned a gray T-shirt, which invited readers to 'hug a farmer' in cursive text across the front.

She also sported navy blue leggings and sporty sneakers with bright red shoelaces.

The Elektra actress, who recently reprised her superhero role for the Marvel blockbuster Deadpool & Wolverine, threw up her brunette tresses in a high ponytail and showcased her barefaced beauty without any makeup.

To shield her eyes from the rays of the bright SoCal sun, she donned a pair of all-black sunglasses with a subtle cat-eye style.

She accessorized with dainty gold earrings and a practical smartwatch too.

Garner also had her hands full with several belongings, including her water bottle, her phone and her wallet.

She also carried a dark blue bag with red stripes running down the shoulder strap.

Fin also opted for a casual and comfortable outfit for their day together.

The teenager wore a tie-dye T-shirt layered underneath light blue sweatshirt with farming-related text across the front, just like the mom-of-three had on her top.

Fin also donned khaki shorts paired with colorful, tall socks and bright blue sneakers.

The middle child of Garner and Affleck was seen tousling their short hair, which they debuted earlier this year in February.

Their outing comes amid heavy speculation that Fin's dad, Ben Affleck, is in the middle of separating from his current wife, Jennifer Lopez.

Last month, it was reported that Affleck purchased a $20.5 million 'bachelor pad' in the Pacific Palisades.

After moving into his new property, the two-time Oscar winner has been feeling 'hopeful' for his future, a source told ET shortly thereafter.

'Ben really likes his new home and feels hopeful about the change,' the insider told the outlet.

'He wanted to move and be closer to Jen Garner and their kids to make co-parenting easier,' the source explained.

'It's been a hard time for him, but he's continuing to make his wellbeing and his family a priority.'

Since finalizing her divorce with Affleck in 2018, Garner and her ex have enjoyed an amicable co-parenting relationship while raising their three kids.

In recent months, they were also seen spending time together and celebrating their eldest child Violet's high school graduation.

Fin also opted for a casual and comfortable outfit for their day together. Still, that didn't stop her from cracking a cheeky jab at him while appearing in Deadpool & Wolverine, alongside Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.

Deadpool & Wolverine sees Garner return to the role of Elektra, which she first played in the 2003 film Daredevil opposite Affleck.

In the new Marvel movie, Elektra remarks offhand that Daredevil has been killed.

And when she is offered condolences, she shrugs and drily replies: 'It's fine.'

Elektra and Daredevil were love interests in the 2003 Daredevil movie, and Garner later reprised the role in a 2005 spin-off called Elektra.
