Macy Gray shocked viewers and left her Surreal Life costar O.T. Genasis baffled by her 'crazy as hell' behavior - which saw her making 'sexual' noises in her sleep.

In scenes that aired on Tuesday night, the I Try singer, 56, was outed for her X-rated sleep talk by the 37-year-old rapper, with an additional video clip confirming the unusual outbursts.

Speaking in his confessional, O.T. said: 'Macy is crazy as hell. Everything is sexual.

'She be like moaning in her sleep like she's having sex. I don't know if you've heard it?'

The producers then confirmed: 'Oh yeah, we hear it.'

'That's my cellmate right now, man!' O.T. added.

A clip then aired in which Macy could be heard repeatedly crying out 'Oh my God.'

Like O.T., viewers were equally as taken aback, with one asking: 'What kind of dreams Macy be having?'

Echoing a similar sentiment, another added on X: 'What Macy be having going on in her sleep?'

A third wrote: 'Macy Gray, to me, is the friggin star on the show. Laughing my ass off!'

Groaning at night, known as catathrenia, usually occurs in the later part of sleep, with each groan lasting up to 50 seconds.

Not only do they cause problems with poor sleep and keeping partners awake, but groaners may also experience embarrassment and anxiety, because the noises they produce can sound sexual.

Last week, viewers watched as Macy was rushed to the hospital in a wheelchair after her shot of Ozempic caused breathlessness and left her unable to walk.

After previously revealing that the weight-loss drug had caused a painful bout of constipation, she was met with further complications that forced production to race her to the emergency room.

Initially opening up about her symptoms, Macy explained that she was having shortness of breath and finding it hard to move around.

Macy divulged her Ozempic use in the second episode during a conversation with costars Kim Zolciak and Johnny Weir.

'Oh boy, my stomach hurts. I've just been really constipated,' she said.

'I took Ozempic. I can't go to the bathroom, and I was up all night.'

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim, 46, then quipped: 'Ozempic does that.'

'Last night it hurt,' Macy shared, prompting Kim to warn: 'You have to be careful, you know.'

Macy added: 'I go on tour after this, so I was trying to lose weight really fast.'

Speaking in her confessional, she said: 'Quietly, I'm kind of a vain person. I've gained a lot of weight over the past couple years, and this is right about the time when everybody starts talking about this Ozempic.

'So, I thought, okay, I'm not taking it off the right way, let me see if I can get one of these Ozempic.

'I was actually trying to take it off [the weight] before the show because I didn't want to be super fat on TV, but here we are.'
