An 1980s actress who quit Hollywood at the height of her fame looks the same as she did when she rocketed to stardom.
Her big break was in the sci-fi comedy Honey, I Shrunk The Kids, which became the then-highest-grossing live-action Disney movie ever.
But in 1994 she left Hollywood, explaining later that she 'didn't feel comfortable' with the 'nudity' in the roles she was offered.
However she remained in show business of a kind, making a career change by joining the circus as part of the trio Girls On Stilts.
While she now lives a far lower-key life away from Hollywood, she still shares pictures of herself on Instagram that show her ageless appearance at 53.

She's retired Hollywood star is Amy O'Neill, who played Amy Szalinski, in the 1980s classic where she and her brother Nick (Robert Oliveri) are shrunk by dad Wayne (Rick Moranis).
Raised in Los Angeles, Amy was only 10 when her parents started driving her and her siblings to auditions after school.
She quickly landed roles on hits like Family Ties and Night Court, and The Young And The Restless.
In 1989, at just 17, she became a teen star when her wildly popular movie Honey, I Shrunk The Kids.
Moranis led the cast as a kooky inventor who creates a ray gun that can expand and reduce objects in size.
When he leaves the contraption unattended, his children wander into the attic where it is kept and accidentally find themselves in its sights.
All of them become about a quarter of an inch tall, undetectable to their parents.
Amy continued acting into the early 1990s, including a brief appearance reprising her role in Honey, I Shrunk The Kids' sequel Honey, I Blew Up The Kids.

However, in 1994, she became so fed up of the sort of roles she was being offered that she decided to give up Hollywood completely.
'After I turned 22, the parts I was getting I didn’t want to do. There was nudity and I didn’t feel comfortable being that girl. I’m old-fashioned that way,' she told People.
That year, she happened to reconnect with her childhood friend Roy Johns, a circus performer whose acrobatics she found inspiring.

Roy formed the circus trio Girls On Stilts and included Amy in its ranks, prompting the erstwhile movie star to embark on a whole new career.
The group toured all over the United States and took their act as far as Asia, an experience she described as 'fun and glamorous.'
She glowingly remarked: 'I love the look of wonder in the audience’s eyes. And traveling with the girls is like being in a band.'
Eventually, she dipped a toe back into acting with the short films The Japanese Sandman in 2008 and The Follower in 2019.
In 2016, she made an uncredited appearance on the a TV drama about clowns called Baskets, whose creators included Louis C.K. and Zach Galifinakis.
