Christina Hall promises to 'never ever give away' her peace again amid bitter divorce from Josh Hall

Christina Hall revealed she is finally starting to feel like herself again, one month after she and her estranged husband Josh filed for divorce.

On Friday night, the Flip or Flop alum, 41, shed light on how she's been navigating the end of her three-year marriage, which has included family time, laughing with friends and staying busy with work.

'One month later … I finally have my appetite back [and] I’m exercising again,' the reality star wrote on her Instagram Story. 'My kids are happy and our house feels like home.'

She continued: ''"Those poor kids" adore me [and] anyone who knows us for real knows this and that’s what matters.'

Despite her heartbreak, the mother-of-three said she has had some of the 'best night with friends recently' and 'laughed more' than she has 'in forever.'

'Work is going so well it feels like a dream,' she gushed. 'I made myself and [my life coach] a promise — I will never ever give away my peace again.'

'I will say: If you’ve ever lost peace and gained it back, there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life,' she added.

Christina concluded the post by writing: 'A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present. If that’s the lesson, I’ll take it. When you have a positive mindset, the rest will work itself out like it always does.'

Moments later, she uploaded a sweet snap of herself cuddling on the couch with her eight-year-old Brayden, who she shares with ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson, four, who she welcomed during her second marriage to Ant Anstead.

'A perfect Friday night,' she captioned the photo, which showed Brayden resting his head on her as he fell asleep.

In addition to her two sons, Christina also shares a daughter, named Taylor, 13, with El Moussa.

Her latest post comes just days after revealing she is already fielding love letters following her split from Josh.

On Thursday, she shared a funny message to hopeful suitors that have been trying to get her attention.

'Dear men,' she wrote. 'Your hand written/typed letters are cute but no you will not be my 4th husband,' she mused.

She and Josh wed in April 2022 before they both filed for divorce from one another last month.

Last weekend, Josh was pictured moving out of their Newport Beach home.

Christina's post also contained shout-outs to realtors and people giving her parenting advice.

'Dear fellow realtors - please stop mailing and dropping expensive packets, I am not listing my home...' she wrote. 'But if I were to list it, I would list it myself as I am a real estate agent,' she said with a chin-scratching emoji.

She finished it off with a seemingly sarcastic message to those who had been offering her family and relationship advice.

'Thank you for all the advice about my children and marriages. I really appreciate it,' Christina posted with an emoji covering their eyes.

Josh recently made his first public statement amid the divorce, taking to Instagram to share a selfie of him resting his head on his dog in a solemn post.

He wrote in the caption: 'I prefer privacy, especially during something as life changing as a divorce I did not ask for.'

Without naming Christina, he vowed, 'I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately the internet is forever.'

Engaging his 92.3K followers, Hall continued: 'We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are.'

Christina and Josh both filed for divorce, with the former listing their date of separation as July 7 while the latter wrote July 8.

A source told Us Weekly this past weekend that the soon-to-be exes 'haven’t even started negotiations' in their divorce proceedings.

The couple tied the knot in 2022 and did not sign a prenup.

Josh is seeking a 50/50 division of assets, meanwhile, in a July social media statement, Christina stated that she does not intend to split her personal assets equally.

In an Instagram story, she declared: 'I have worked my a** off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve / what they did NOT work for should be ashamed.'

The message continued, 'An insecure man with a large ego can sure try to derail you — but ‘still I rise.’'

After Josh shared a message about 'hope' on his Instagram Stories late last month, Christina took a screenshot of the picture and added her response.

'I "HOPE" she pays me millions more than what she's already offered me,' she wrote in an aggressive swipe at her ex.

Weeks after the back-to-back divorce filings, Christina accused her estranged husband of transferring $35,000 of her money into his bank account.

Per legal documents obtained by ET, the HGTV personality claimed, 'Josh was able to divert over $35,000 of my separate property rental income into his account.'

She went on to say in the court paperwork, 'I am asking for Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me as those funds are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties.'
