Patrick Schwarzenegger has been hitting it hard in the gym, and he isn't shy about flaunting it.
The actor, 30, proudly showed off his 'summer gains' on Instagram this Wednesday by flexing his bulging biceps after a grueling workout.
Schwarzenegger had the sleeve of his white T-shirt rolled up over his shoulder as to give his followers a better look at his chiseled right arm.
He also sported a backwards cap, gray sweatpants and an Apple watch in the IG Story snapshot.

The sport anthology series will focus on the tragic story of late former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez, who will be played by Josh Andrés Rivera, a Connecticut native who was charged for the 2013 murder of a man who dated the sister of his fiancée.
Hernandez and Tebow played together for three seasons while attending the University Of Florida, from 2007- 2009, before they both moved on to to get drafted by the New England Patriots and Denver Broncos, respectively.
In the social media photo, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver posed in a mirror selfie at a gym seemingly in Los Angeles dressed in a sleeveless t-shirt, along with matching shorts, and baseball cap over his short brown hair.
While working out at the gym he struck a close-up pose on his right arm, for which he dropped a bodybuilding pose where he flexed his right arm to showcase the improvements he's made these last few months.
After having tipped the scales at around 180 lbs. and 6ft1in, Schwarzenegger will likely be packing on weight threw muscle growth being that Tebow's playing days were at around 255 lbs. and 6ft3in, after shining in the college ranks as a running quarterback.
The series, which will consist of 10 episodes, will serve as the fourth installment in the American Story franchise, and will be broadcast on the cable network FX.
This first season will focus on the rise and fall of Hernandez through the time frame of his college years and ultimately the NFL.
Hernandez had shined during much of his three seasons with New England by the time he was arrested for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, a semi-professional player who knew the football star because of his romance his the sister's fiancée at the time.

Hernandez would end up being found guilty of first-degree murder in 2015 and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. But, days after being acquitted of the another case, a double homicide in 2017, Hernandez was found dead in his cell, which was ultimately ruled a suicide;
Following his arrest, Hernandez was immediately released by the Patriots, which came not long after he had signed a four-year contract extension worth $$39.58 million that included $15.95 million guaranteed and a signing bonus of $12.50 million.

Along with Schwarzenegger and Rivera, the cast of American Sports Story also features Lindsay Mendez, Tony Yazbeck, Jake Cannavale, Catfish Jean, Jaylen Barron, Tammy Blanchard, Ean Castellanos, Thomas Sadoski, Norbert Leo Butz, Kwadarrius Smith, and Casey Sullivan, among others.
