Claims (29)
- 시스템으로서,
상대적 위치를 얻기 위해 그들 사이의 상대적 이동을 제공하는 자석-코일 배열(arrangement)을 포함하는 보이스 코일 모터(VCM);
상대적인 이동을 감지하기 위해 코일 내에 위치하는 홀 센서;
온도 감지를 제공하기 위해 상기 홀 센서 부근에 위치하는 온도 센서; 및
상기 VCM, 상기 홀 센서 및 상기 온도 센서에 결합된 2개 이상의 채널을 구비하고, 상기 VCM의 자석 및 코일 간의 상대적 이동을 제어하며, 상기 상대적 이동의 홀 센서 감지에 대한 온도 영향을 보상하기 위해, 상기 온도 감지에 기초하여, 상기 홀 센서에 온도 보정 입력을 제공하도록 구성된 컨트롤러;
를 포함하는 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 기존의 미사용 컨트롤러 채널을 통해 상기 온도 센서에 결합되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서는 상기 코일 내에 위치하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서는 반도체 다이오드인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서는 서미스터인 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀 센서는 홀 센서 입력 및 홀 센서 출력을 포함하고, 상기 컨트롤러의 채널은 상기 홀 센서 입력 및 출력에 동작적으로 결합하기 위한 인터페이스를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러의 채널 인터페이스는 상기 홀 센서 입력에 결합된 제1 전류 모듈, 및 상기 홀 센서 출력에 결합되며 홀 출력 전압을 감지하는 제1 전압 감지 모듈을 포함하는 제1 홀 센서 채널; 및 상기 온도 센서에 결합된 제2 전류 모듈, 및 상기 온도 센서에 결합되며 온도와 상관된 온도 센서 출력 전압을 감지하는 제2 전압 감지 모듈을 포함하는 제2 홀 센서 채널을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 온도 센서를 형성하기 위한 적어도 하나의 추가적인 온도 센서를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 온도 보정은 상기 복수의 온도 센서 중 적어도 2개의 온도 감지에 기초하는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 2개의 채널을 갖는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 3개의 채널을 갖는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 4개 이상의 채널을 갖는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 내장된 홀 신호 처리 회로를 갖는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 25mm2보다 작은 면적을 갖는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 20mm2보다 작은 면적을 갖는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 15mm2보다 작은 면적을 갖는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀 센서 및 상기 온도 센서는 열적으로 결합되는 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀 센서 및 상기 온도 센서는 열전도성 페이스트에 의해 열적으로 결합되는 시스템.

- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 홀 센서는 홀 센서 입력 및 홀 센서 출력을 포함하고, 상기 컨트롤러의 채널은 상기 홀 센서 입력 및 출력에 동작적으로 결합하기 위한 인터페이스를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러의 채널 인터페이스는 상기 홀 센서 입력에 결합된 제1 전류 모듈, 및 상기 홀 센서 출력에 결합되며 홀 출력 전압을 감지하는 제1 전압 감지 모듈을 포함하는 제1 홀 센서 채널; 및 상기 온도 센서에 결합된 제2 전류 모듈, 및 상기 온도 센서에 결합되며 온도와 상관된 온도 센서 출력 전압을 감지하는 제2 전압 감지 모듈을 포함하는 제2 홀 센서 채널을 포함하는 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 복수의 온도 센서를 형성하기 위한 적어도 하나의 추가적인 온도 센서를 포함하는 시스템.
- 제26항에 있어서, 온도 보정은 상기 복수의 온도 센서 중 적어도 2개의 온도 감지에 기초하는 시스템.
- 제1항의 시스템을 포함하는 모바일 장치.
