Description

Claims (35)

상기 잉크막이 상기 기재의 상기 상부 표면에 원위인 상부막 표면을 갖고, 여기에서 상기 상부막 표면에서의 질소의 표면 농도가 상기 막 내의 질소의 벌크 농도를 초과하고, 상기 벌크 농도가 상기 상부막 표면 아래 적어도 30㎚의 심도에서 측정되고,
그리고 여기에서 상기 벌크 농도에 대한 상기 표면 농도의 비율이 적어도 1.1 : 1인 잉크막 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

그리고 여기에서 상기 벌크 농도에 대한 상기 표면 농도의 비율이 적어도 1.1 대 1인 잉크막 구조. - (a) 미코팅된 섬유상 인쇄 기재 및 상용 코팅 섬유상 인쇄 기재로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 제1 섬유상 인쇄 기재; 및
(b) 잉크점들의 각 잉크점이 상기 제1 인쇄 기재의 상부 기재 표면에 고정적으로 부착되고, 상기 잉크점들이 유기 고분자 수지 내에 분산된 적어도 하나의 착색제를 포함하고, 각 잉크점이 상기 상부 기재 표면의 연속하는 영역을 피복하는 복수의 연속하는 잉크점들;

상기 잉크점 각각이 돌출된 수직선이 상기 연속하는 영역 내의 매 지점에서 아래로 상기 상부 기재 표면 쪽으로 아래로 연장되어 상기 상부 기재 표면과 만나기 이전에 먼저 상기 잉크점과 만나도록 상기 연속하는 영역 상에 전적으로 위치되고;
상기 잉크점 각각이 15 내지 300㎛의 직경을 갖고;
상기 잉크점들이 최대 45℃의 유리전이온도(T g )를 갖고;
상기 잉크점들 각각이 최대 1,800㎚의 평균 또는 특징적인 두께를 갖는 잉크막 구조. - 제 21 항에 있어서,

상기 잉크점 내의 상기 착색제에 대한 상기 수지의 중량비가 적어도 1 : 1, 적어도 1.25 : 1, 적어도 1.5 : 1, 적어도 1.75 :1, 적어도 2 : 1, 적어도 2.5 : 1, 적어도 3 : 1, 적어도 4 : 1, 적어도 5 : 1, 적어도 7 : 1 또는 적어도 10 : 1인 잉크점 구조. - (a) 미코팅 섬유상 인쇄 기재, 상용 코팅 섬유상 인쇄 기재 및 플라스틱 인쇄 기재로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 제1 인쇄 기재; 및
(b) 상기 제1 인쇄 기재 상에서 돌출하는 입방 기하 돌출부 내에 포함된 잉크점 셋트를 포함하고, 상기 잉크점 셋트가 상기 제1 인쇄 기재의 표면에 고정적으로 부착되는 적어도 10개의 뚜렷한 잉크점들을 포함하고, 상기 입방 기하 돌출부 내의 상기 잉크점들 모두가 상기 셋트의 개개 구성원들로서 계수되고, 상기 잉크점들 각각이 유기 고분자 수지 내에 분산된 적어도 하나의 착색제를 포함하고, 상기 점들 각각이 2,000㎚ 이하의 평균 두께 및 5 내지 300㎛의 직경을 갖고; 상기 잉크점들 각각이 대체로 볼록도로부터의 편차(DCdot)가
로 정의되는 볼록한 형태를 갖고, AA가 산출된 상기 점의 돌출면적이고, 상기 면적은 상기 제1 섬유상 기재에 대하여 대체로 평행하게 위치하고; 그리고
CSA가 상기 돌출면적의 윤곽에 최소로 결합하는 볼록한 형태의 표면적이고;
여기에서 상기 잉크점 셋트의 볼록도의 평균 편차(DCdot mean)가 최대 0.05이고;
상기 잉크점 각각이 상기 상부 기재 표면의 연속하는 영역을 피복하고;
상기 잉크점 각각이 돌출된 수직선이 상기 연속하는 영역 내의 매 지점에서 아래로 상기 상부 기재 표면 쪽으로 아래로 연장되어 상기 상부 기재 표면과 만나기 이전에 먼저 상기 잉크점과 만나도록 상기 연속하는 영역 상에 전적으로 위치되고는 잉크막 구조.
