Claims (13)
- 양극과 음극 사이에 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기화합물을 포함하는 층이 적어도 하나 이상 개재된 유기 발광 소자:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1의 식에서,R은 각각 독립적으로, 또는 동시에 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 탄화수소, 할로겐기, 알콕시기, 아릴아민기(arylamine), 에스테르기(ester), 아마이드 (amide), 방향족 탄화수소, 이형고리 화합물, 니트로기, 또는 니트릴기(nitrile, -CN)이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기화합물을 포함하는 층이 정공 주입층, 정공 이송층, 또는 정공 주입 및 이송층인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 투명기판;b) 양극;c) 정공 주입층;d) 정공 이송층;e) 발광층;f) 전자 이송층; 및g) 음극층을 아래로부터 순서적으로 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 투명기판;b) 양극;c) 정공 주입 및 이송층;e) 발광층f) 전자 이송층; 및g) 음극층을 아래로부터 순서적으로 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 화합물이 하기 화학식 1a로 표시되는 화합물인 유기 발광 소자:[화학식 1a]
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 화합물이 하기 화학식 1b로 표시되는 화합물인 유기 발광 소자:[화학식 1b]상기 화학식 1b의 식에서, R'은 각각 독립적으로 또는 동시에 탄소수 1 내지 15의 탄화수소, 페닐(phenyl), 또는 방향족기이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 화합물이 하기 화학식 1c로 표시되는 화합물인 유기 발광 소자:[화학식 1c]상기 화학식 1c의 식에서, R'은 각각 독립적으로 또는 동시에 탄소수 1 내지 15의 탄화수소, 페닐(phenyl), 또는 방향족기이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 화합물이 하기 화학식 1d로 표시되는 화합물인 유기 발광 소자:[화학식 1d]
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기화합물을 포함하는 층은 두께가 0.1 내지 10,000 ㎚인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기화합물을 포함하는 층이 프탈로시아닌 구리 착화합물, 올리고티오펜, 알릴아민계 화합물, 및 폴리시클리 아로마틱 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 정공 주입 물질을 더욱 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 양극이 전도성 고분자 또는 전도성 금속 산화물을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기화합물을 함유하는 정공 주입층, 정공 이송층, 및 정공 주입 및 이송층 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 전자소자:[화학식 1]상기 화학식 1의 식에서,R은 각각 독립적으로, 또는 동시에 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 탄화수소, 할로겐기, 알콕시기, 아릴아민기(arylamine), 에스테르기(ester), 아마이드(amide), 방향족 탄화수소, 이형고리 화합물, 니트로기, 또는 니트릴기(nitrile, -CN)이다.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 전자소자가 유기물 박막 트랜지스터, 포토볼타익셀, 또는 유기 광 도전체(organic photo conductor; OPC) 드럼인 전자소자.
