Claims (15)
- 하기 화학식 (1) 의 화합물:

Ar1 은 각 경우에 동일 또는 상이하게, 플루오렌, 스피로비플루오렌, 비페닐, 테르페닐 및 쿼터페닐로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 탄소수 6 내지 60 의 방향족 고리계 (이들 각각은 또한 하나 이상의 라디칼 R5 로 치환될 수 있음) 이고;
Ar2 는 각 경우에 동일 또는 상이하게, 플루오렌, 스피로비플루오렌, 비페닐, 테르페닐 및 쿼터페닐로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 탄소수 6 내지 60 의 방향족 고리계 (이들 각각은 또한 하나 이상의 라디칼 R5 에 의해 치환될 수 있음) 이고;

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지수 m, s, r 및 n 이 0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 하기를 특징으로 하는 화합물:
R5 는 라디칼 R5 가 Ar1 또는 Ar2 에 결합되는 경우, 각 경우에 동일 또는 상이하게, H, F, CN, 탄소수 1 내지 10 의 직쇄 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 10 의 분지형 또는 시클릭 알킬기 또는 5 내지 24 개의 방향족 고리 원자를 갖는 방향족 또는 헤테로방향족 고리계 (이들 각각은 하나 이상의 라디칼 R6 에 의해 치환될 수 있음) 로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고; 또는
화학식 (20) 내지 (23), (53) 및 (54) 에서 탄소 가교에 결합되는 R5 는 동일 또는 상이하게, 탄소수 1 내지 10 의 알킬기, 메틸기, 또는 페닐기 (이는 하나 이상의 라디칼 R6 에 의해 치환될 수 있음) 이고;
R6 은 각 경우에 동일 또는 상이하게, H, 탄소수 1 내지 10 의 직쇄 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3 내지 10 의 분지형 또는 시클릭 알킬기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 24 의 방향족 고리계로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고;
m 은 0 이고;
n 은 0 이고;
r 은 0 이고;
s 는 0 임. - 디아릴아미노기가 1- 또는 3- 또는 4-할로겐화 스피로비플루오렌 및 디아릴아민 사이의 C-N 커플링 반응에 의해 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 유기 전계발광 소자, 유기 집적 회로, 유기 전계-효과 트랜지스터, 유기 박막 트랜지스터, 유기 발광 트랜지스터, 유기 태양 전지, 유기 염료-감응성 태양 전지, 유기 광학 검출기, 유기 광수용체, 유기 전계-켄칭 소자, 발광 전기화학 전지, 유기 레이저 다이오드 및 유기 플라즈몬 방사 소자로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는, 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물 하나 이상을 포함하는 전자 소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물 하나 이상을 포함하는 전자 소자로서, 상기 화합물이 정공-수송 또는 정공-주입 또는 여기자-차단 또는 전자-차단층에서 정공-수송 물질로서 포함되거나, 방사층에서 형광 또는 인광 방사체용 매트릭스 물질로서 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유기 전계발광 소자로부터 선택되는 전자 소자.
