상기 발광층은 상기 화합물을 발광호스트 물질로 포함하거나 상기 정공수송층은 상기 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전기소자. - 제11항의 유기전기소자를 포함하는 디스플레이장치와;
상기 디스플레이장치를 구동하는 제어부를 포함하는 전자장치. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 유기전기소자는 유기전계발광소자(OLED), 유기태양전지, 유기감광체(OPC) 드럼, 유기트랜지스트(유기 TFT) 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자장치.
