Claims (8)
- 기판과,상기 기판 상에 형성된 제 1 전극과,상기 제 1 전극상에 형성되는 발광층을 포함하는 유기막과,상기 유기막 상에 형성된 제 2 전극을 포함하며,상기 발광층은 호스트/도펀트계로 이루어지며, 상기 도펀트는 하기의 화학식 1로 이루어지는 물질 중에 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.[화학식 1]여기서, R은 에틸렌, 에틸렌 유도체, 스틸벤 및 스틸벤 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나일 수 있다. 또한, R1 내지 R6은 서로 상이하거나 동일하고, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소수가 1 내지 20을 가지는 치환 또는 치환되지 않은 알킬기 또는 알콕시 화합물, 탄소수가 5 내지 20을 가지는 치환 또는 치환되지 않은 아릴기, 탄소수가 3 내지 30을 가지는 헤테로 고리 화합물, 탄소수가 3 내지 30을 가지는 지환족 탄화수소화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나일 수 있다.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 호스트는 하기의 화학식 3으로 이루어진 물질 중에 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.[화학식 3]여기서, R은 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 탄소수가 1 내지 20을 가지는 치환 또는 치환되지 않은 알킬기 또는 알콕시 화합물, 탄소수가 5 내지 20을 가지는 치환 또는 치환되지 않은 아릴기, 탄소수가 3 내지 30을 가지는 헤테로 고리 화합물, 탄소수가 3 내지 30을 가지는 지환족 탄화수소화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나일 수 있다.또한, X는 나프틸기, 바이페닐기, 페닐나프탈렌, 페닐안트라센 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나이다.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 호스트는 바이나프틸 메틸안트라센인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 상기 호스트에 상기 도펀트를 1 내지 20wt%로 도핑하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기막은 정공주입층, 정공수송층, 전자수송층 및 전자주입층으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 녹색 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 적색 발광층 및/또는 청색 발광층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
