背景技术
本发明涉及一种具有壁区域的盒(Kartuschen),在该壁区域的一端连接有连接区域,该连接区域尤其用隔膜封闭,并且在该壁区域的相反一端任选地设置有底部区域,其中该壁区域和任选地该底部区域伸展成空腔,该空腔接收饮料基质和/或食物基质。
此类的盒是从现有技术(例如从EP 1 671 568A2和WO2011/084603A1中)中已知的并且例如用于制造冷饮。在此将盒插入分配器中并且将位于盒中的饮料基质与稀释剂、尤其水混合。在过去,在此类系统中通常在将盒插入分配器中时和/或在密封盒/分配器的接口时存在问题。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种没有现有技术缺点的盒。
这个目的通过一种具有壁区域的盒实现,在该壁区域的一端连接有连接区域,该连接区域用隔膜封闭,并且在该壁区域的相反一端任选地设置有底部区域,其中该壁区域和任选地该底部区域伸展成空腔,该空腔接收饮料基质和/或食物基质,其中该连接区域具有至少一个凸缘,该凸缘设置有定位器件和/或遮盖器件,其中该定位器件包括该至少一个凸缘的直线状的周边区域,其中该凸缘的周边在该直线状的周边区域之外弯曲地形成,并且其中在该壁区域与该连接区域之间设置有颈部。
对于本发明的这个主题所做出的实施方式同样且反向地适用于本发明的其他主题。
本发明涉及一种盒,该盒优选由塑料、尤其通过模制和/或吹塑方法制造。该盒具有侧壁,该侧壁例如具有至少部分圆形、矩形、正方形、锥形或椭圆形的横截面。在侧壁的一端处一般(尤其一体式地)设置底部。侧壁和任选地底部伸展成空腔,在该空腔中尤其以液体形式设置饮料基质和/或食物基质。在壁区域的另一端处设置连接区域,通过该连接区域将盒与盒接收座相连。这个盒接收座可以是分配器的一部分或者与分配器分开的构件。
根据本发明,该连接区域设置为使其具有至少一个凸缘。该凸缘从连接区域中伸出并且优选成角度、特别优选与连接区域的壁区域成直角。为了制造饮料或食物,凸缘优选水平地定向。优选该凸缘由实心材料制造,即非中空地制造。
此外根据本发明,该凸缘设置有定位器件和或遮盖器件。该定位器件确保盒只能以某一位置、尤其以某一旋转角度、尤其相对于盒的纵向中轴线布置在分配器和/或盒接收座处。遮盖器件遮盖一个区域,尤其制成的饮料或食物流过的区域。优选该定位器件和该遮盖器件是相同的。
优选该盒具有两个凸缘,这些凸缘在纵向上相对彼此偏置地布置。该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件要么仅具有这两个凸缘之一,要么具有这两个凸缘。
优选该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件是凹入部和/或凸出部,该凸出部从该凸缘、尤其从该凸缘的周边伸出。优选该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件设置为与该凸缘一体的。例如该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件形成为在凸缘的周边的一个位置处成形的鼻形部。该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件的厚度在此至少基本上对应于凸缘的厚度。

根据一个优选的实施方式,在该壁区域与该连接区域之间设置颈部。这个颈部例如可以具有圆形的横截面。这个颈部形成连接区域的壁区域。该凸缘优选直角地连接到该颈部。
优选地,在盒使用前尤其密封地封闭该盒的隔膜设置、尤其密封在该凸缘或这两个凸缘之一处、尤其在其端面处。为此,该凸缘、尤其其端面可以具有珠缘、尤其圆环形的珠缘,该珠缘在密封时与密封工具一起作用。优选该隔膜的外部的周长小于该凸缘的外部周长。当实现有两个凸缘时,则隔膜优选仅设置在外部凸缘处。
优选在该壁区域和/或在该颈部的区域中设置有紧固器件。通过该紧固器件可以将盒与分配器相连。该紧固器件例如可以是凹槽,在该凹槽中紧固器件接合到分配器。
该盒优选具有标识物,通过该标识物可以将盒个体化。这种标识物例如可以是如下器件:该器件借助于电磁信号和/或机械器件被分配器处的读取器件读出。例如该标识物是二维码、压印、电磁波(例如由其折射、改变或/或吸收的光)、或者FID或RFID。标识物例如可以是包含关于胶囊制造商、胶囊的内含物和/或失效日期的信息。借助于这些信息,分配器可以确定是否制造饮料或食物以及在为“是”时在何种条件下制造哪种饮料或食物。例如可以自动地预先给出与基质混合的水量,和/或可以确定水是否应碳酸化。
优选在使用该盒之后使得该个体化信息不可使用。这可以通过电磁辐射和/或机械方式进行、后者例如是当盒与下文描述的盒接收座相对彼此移动时。
本发明的再一个主题是一种系统,该系统具有本发明的盒以及盒接收座,该盒接收座设置在该盒的连接区域处。
对于本发明的这个主题所做出的实施方式同样且反向地适用于本发明的其他主题。
本发明的主题涉及一种由根据本发明的盒和盒接收座组成的系统。盒接收座可以与盒牢固相连或者是替换零件,在使用盒之后该替换零件与该盒分开并且与新的盒相连。优选该盒接收座由塑料、尤其以注塑制造。优选将该盒接收座与分配器相连。
盒接收座可以具有刺入器件,该刺入器件对隔膜穿孔,从而将饮料基质和/或食物基质尤其流入空腔中、尤其盒接收座的混合室中。此外,盒接收座优选具有稀释剂入口、尤其水入口。在优选存在的混合室中,饮料基质和/或食物基质可以与稀释剂混合。制成的饮料或食物然后经过饮料和/或食物出口排出。
根据一个优选的实施方式,该稀释剂入口尤其水入口和该饮料出口和/或食物出口设置在该盒接收座的相反的末端。混合室位于其间,在该混合室中饮料基质和/或食物基质可以与稀释剂混合。本发明的这种优选的实施方式具有的优点是这两种成分之间的特别良好的混合。
优选该刺入器件设置为与该稀释剂入口尤其水入口以及该饮料出口和/或食物出口齐平。一旦刺入隔膜,由于重力和/或压力,饮料基质和/或食物基质就尤其经过刺入器件旁流入混合室中。通过刺入器件的优选设置,再次实现了在饮料基质和/或食物基质与稀释剂之间的特别良好的混合。
优选相对于稀释剂的流动方向,混合室的流动横截面首先扩宽并且然后再次缩窄,之后制成的饮料离开混合室。
优选设置在该盒的凸缘处的该遮盖元件遮盖该盒接收座的饮料出口和/或食物出口。
优选该盒处的凸缘、尤其其周边与该盒接收座密封地共同作用。为此可以将凸缘的周边例如接合到盒接收座的凹槽中。这种凸缘/凹槽连接也可以用作力连接,以便防止在饮料或食物制造过程中盒相对于盒接收座偏移并且盒与盒接收座之间的连接变得不密封。
根据优选的实施方式,盒和盒接收座。尤其在刺入隔膜之前,相对彼此纵向可偏移地设置。然后通过这种纵向偏移可以将刺入器件与隔膜接合并且将其刺穿。
优选盒和盒接收座防扭转地彼此相连。
优选该刺入器件具有通道。通过此通道可以将气体压入盒中,该气体将饮料基质和/或食物基质压出盒、尤其压入盒接收座的混合室中。

图1-4示出本发明的系统的第一实施方式,该系统由盒1以及盒接收座10组成。该盒优选由塑料材料制成,例如通过注塑或注塑模制或者通过吹塑技术。在当前情况下该盒具有正方形的壁区域6,底部区域7连接在该壁区域的一端(在此为上端)处。壁区域6和底部区域7限定了空腔,饮料基质和/或食物基质、尤其浓缩物位于该空腔中,通过该基质可以制造饮料或食物。在壁区域的与底部区域相反的末端(在此为下端)处设置有连接区域4,该连接区域在此情况下具有颈部3以及凸缘5。在填充盒的空腔之后将其用封闭件14(在此为隔膜)密封地封闭。隔膜14、尤其塑料膜优选材料配合地、尤其通过与密封而与该凸缘相连。盒与盒接收座通过连接区域相连。在凸缘5处设置定位器件和/或遮盖器件8,该器件在当前情况下设置为凸出部、尤其设置为鼻形的凸出部。鼻形部在此一体式地成形在凸缘处。此外该系统具有(如尤其在图1b)和c)中可以看出的)具有盒接收座10。这个盒接收座具有稀释剂入口、尤其水入口15(参见图2)以及混合室13,稀释剂和饮料基质和/或食物基质在该混合室中混合。混合物的流动方向在图1c)中通过箭头12展示。制成的饮料/食物通过饮料出口和/或食物出口11离开混合室并且捕集在容器中、例如玻璃杯中。此外,如尤其在图2中可以看到的,盒接收座具有刺入器件16(在此为尖端16),该刺入器件(如尤其借助于图3可以看出的)刺入密封在盒的凸缘区域处的隔膜,使得饮料基质或食物基质尤其可以沿着尖端(该尖端为此在其外侧上优选设置有出口通道17)的外面例如流入流动室13中。
图2示出在刺入器件16与隔膜14实现接合之前的系统。为了实现这一点,盒和/或盒接收座彼此相对地且彼此纵向地偏移,使得尖端16穿过隔膜14,这尤其可以借助于图3c)明确地看出。在此图中,还可以特别好地辨别通道17,基质通过这些通道流入混合室中。基质向混合室中的流动可以通过气体加速和受到针对性的控制,该气体通过刺入尖端16中的通道18压入盒中。例如可以将盒中的压力与稀释剂的体积流量相匹配。
如尤其在图1d)以及图4中可以看出的,盒1的凸缘5与盒接收座密封地共同作用并且由此确保液体仅通过饮料出口和/或食物出口11离开混合室。此外尤其可以从这些图中看出,凸出部8在此情况下不仅是定位器件、而且还尤其密封地遮盖盒接收座中的饮料出口和/或食物出口11。凸缘8和设置在其上的凸出部8可以用其端面和/或用其周边与盒接收座的对应的面密封地共同作用。
图5-8示出本发明的系统的另一个实施方式。关于该盒,基本上可以参照图1至4的实施方式,其中盒在其连接区域中除了凸缘5之外还具有紧固器件20,该紧固器件将盒1与盒接收座10相连。此外,壁区域6在当前情况下具有凹入部24,该凹入部允许在盒与盒接收座以及任选地分配器之间的纵向偏移并且该凹入部还形成盒的引导件。
在盒接收座10方面也可以参照根据图1-4的实施方式。然而如尤其在图7中可以看出的,盒接收座在当前情况下具有紧固环或保险环21,该环借助于变形位置和/或额定断裂位置22与混合室13相连。这个换21与设置在盒处的紧固器件20、例如在此结合件20力配合地共同作用。此外在图7中明显可以看出,盒接收座10除了尖端18之外还具有另外的刺入器件16。通过尖端18将气体压入盒中,该气体将基质从盒中压出。打开器件16切入(在此成角度地切割)隔膜中,然后该隔膜形成在基质的压力下被向下压的接片并且由此可以实现基质的更简单的流出。本领域技术人员已知,刺入器件16也可以是足够,或者还可行的是,如借助于图1-4解释的在当前情况下采用对隔膜的刺入和基质的流出。当然,还可以将局部的打开器件16、18转移到根据图1至4的实施方式上。
图5示出在刺入之前的系统。图6示出在已经刺入隔膜之后的系统。通过借助于箭头2展示的在混合室13与盒1之间的相对运动,将额定变形位置或额定断裂位置22如此变形或破坏,使得盒与环21可以一起向混合室13的方向上移动。通过这种运动(其中凸缘5也被导入凹槽27中并且与之密封地共同作用)将隔膜14穿孔并且基质可以从盒流入混合室中,在该混合室中该基质与通过稀释剂入口尤其水入口15计量到混合室中的稀释剂混合并且通过饮料出口和/或食物出口11离开混合室。
图9示出紧固器件,在此为在盒的壁区域中的凹槽25。紧固器件26可以接合到此凹槽中,通过该紧固器件将盒紧固在分配器处。
在图10中展示了根据另一个示例性实施方式的盒2的四个视图。盒2在其工作方式方面类似于借助于图1至4说明的根据本发明的第一实施方式的盒2。
然而,图10中所示的盒2不同地具有两个凸缘5。这两个凸缘5用于将盒接收座10紧固到盒2。为此,在外部凸缘5处密封隔膜15。
这两个凸缘5的(与盒2的纵轴垂直的)横截面具有基本上圆形的周边,其中在一侧设置有直线状的周边区域28。在直线状或整平的周边区域28中,该周边作为几乎直线(在图10中右图中在凸缘5的底侧处可以看到)延伸,而凸缘5的周边在直线状的周边区域28之外作为曲线延伸。直线状的周边区域28用作定位器件,由此固定盒2相对于盒接收座10的取向。
在图11中可以看到匹配的盒接收座10。可以辨认出,盒接收座10的周边具有与图10中展示的两个凸缘5的轮廓相对应的形状,使得盒2和盒接收座10只能在相对彼此的某一取向中彼此相连。直线状的周边区域28由此用作扭转防护件。有利地由此还限定,在盒2的哪个区域中将气体压入空腔中。在混合室13之内安排有尖端引导件29,尖端16在该尖端引导件中可移动地被引导。
在盒接收座10的朝向盒2的侧面设置有卡锁条30,该卡锁条形状配合和/或力配合地在周围接合这两个凸缘5之一,以便将盒2紧固在盒接收座10处。
图12展示了尖端16的示意性图示,该尖端在图11所示的尖端引导件29中被引导。尖端16具有内部通道18以及外部的出口通道17,该内部通道用于将气体引导到盒2中,通过该出口通道,基质可以经过借助于尖端16刺入的密封膜流入混合室13中。
尖端16在尖端引导件29中如下可偏移地安装,使得该尖端可以从收缩位置移动到伸出位置,在该收缩位置中该尖端与该盒2处的密封膜间隔开,在该伸出位置中该尖端伸入到盒2的空腔中并且同时刺穿密封膜。
在图12中所示的尖端布置在图11所示的盒接收座10的尖端引导件中并且然后在图11中所示的盒接收座10与图10中所示的盒2相连的这种设置形成了根据本发明的另外的示例性实施方式的盒系统。

Claims (19)
1.一种具有壁区域(6)的盒(1),在所述壁区域的一端连接有连接区域(4),所述连接区域用隔膜(14)封闭,并且在所述壁区域的相反一端设置有底部区域(7),其中所述壁区域和所述底部区域伸展成空腔,所述空腔接收饮料基质和/或食物基质,其特征在于,所述连接区域(4)具有至少一个凸缘(5),所述凸缘设置有定位器件,其特征在于,所述定位器件包括所述至少一个凸缘(5)的直线状的周边区域(28),其中所述凸缘(5)的周边在所述直线状的周边区域之外弯曲地形成,其中在所述壁区域(6)与所述连接区域(4)之间设置有颈部(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盒(1),其特征在于,在所述直线状的周边区域与所述弯曲的周边区域之间的过渡区域中分别形成平行于所述盒(1)的纵轴延伸的边缘。

7.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述盒接收座(10)具有对所述隔膜(14)穿孔的刺入器件(16)、稀释剂入口(15)、混合室(13)以及饮料出口和/或食物出口(11),在所述混合室中将饮料基质和/或食物基质与稀释剂混合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述稀释剂是水。
9.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述稀释剂入口(15)和所述饮料出口和/或食物出口(11)设置在所述盒接收座(10)的相反的末端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述稀释剂是水。
11.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述刺入器件(16)设置为与所述稀释剂入口(15)以及所述饮料出口和/或食物出口(11)齐平。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述稀释剂是水。
13.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,相对于所述稀释剂的流动方向,所述混合室的流动横截面首先扩宽然后再度缩窄。
14.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,定位器件(8)遮盖所述盒接收座(10)的所述饮料出口和/或食物出口(11)。
15.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述凸缘与所述盒接收座(10)密封地共同作用。
16.根据权利要求6所述的系统,其特征在于,所述盒(1)与所述盒接收座(10)防扭转地彼此相连。
17.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中所述盒接收座(10)具有尖端引导件(29)并且所述刺入器件(16)可偏移地安装在所述尖端引导件(29)之内,其中所述刺入器件(16)在收缩位置与伸出位置之间能够偏移,在所述收缩位置中所述刺入器件(16)与所述隔膜(14)间隔开,在所述伸出位置中所述刺入器件(16)刺穿所述隔膜(14)并且突出直到所述盒(1)中。
18.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,当所述隔膜(14)被所述刺入器件(16)刺穿时,向所述刺入器件(16)的外壁中引入至少一个出口通道(17),以便将所述饮料基质和/或食物基质引导向所述混合室(13)的方向。
19.根据权利要求7所述的系统,其中压缩空气管线(31)整合到所述刺入器件(16)中并且其中在所述刺入器件(16)的背向所述盒(1)的侧面形成有从所述盒接收座(10)的外部能够接近的、所述压缩空气管线(31)的压缩空气接口,所述压缩空气接口用于与压缩空气源相连,并且其中在所述刺入器件(16)的面向所述盒(1)的侧面形成有所述压缩空气管线(31)的压缩空气输出通道,所述压缩空气输出通道用于将压缩空气吹入所述盒(1)中。
