Abstract

背景技术
本发明涉及一种具有稀释剂入口(尤其水入口)、混合室、以及出口的盒接收座,在该混合室中将稀释剂和饮料基质和/或食物基质混合。
此类的盒接收座是从现有技术中已知的并且用于借助于盒(Kartuschen)来制造例如冷饮。除了良好的卫生状况之外,同样重要的是饮料基质和/或食物基质与溶剂、尤其是水之间的良好混合,这些基质和溶剂在盒接收座中混合。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种满足这些要求的盒接收座。
这个目的通过一种具有稀释剂流入口(尤其水流入口)、混合室、以及流出口的盒接收座来实现,在该混合室中将稀释剂和饮料基质和/或食物基质混合,其中相对于该稀释剂的流动方向,流动横截面首先扩宽然后再度减小。
对于本发明的这个主题所做出的实施方式同样且反向地适用于本发明的其他主题。
本发明涉及一种可逆或不可逆地尤其部分接收盒的盒接收座。盒具有空腔,饮料基质和/或食物基质位于该空腔中并且在饮料制造和/或食物制造之前将其密封地封闭。然后为了制造饮料和/或食物将盒打开、尤其刺入盒,并且基质进入/流入盒接收座的混合室中,该盒接收座还具有与基质混合的溶剂入口、尤其水入口,以便产生饮料或食物,该饮料或食物通过同样设置在盒接收座处的出口从混合室出来。溶剂的体积流量在此一般明显大于基质的体积流量。
根据本发明,流动横截面,也就是说可供用于(尤其溶剂流和/或由溶剂和基质形成的混合物的)液体流动的横截面,如下地设置,使得该流动横截面相对于溶剂的流动方向首先减慢流动速度然后再加快流动速度。通过流动横截面变窄而实现的加速尽可能在溶剂和基质已经混合之后发生。
在具有扩宽的流动横截面的区域与具有缩窄的流动横截面的区域之间相应的过渡部通过混合室的壁部的走向来预先设定。壁部可以为此在过渡区域中具有弯曲的或阶梯状的或拐角的走向。
根据本发明的其他优选的或本发明的主题,该混合室具有凸出部。
对于本发明的这个主题所做出的实施方式同样且反向地适用于本发明的其他主题。
这个凸出部优选从周边、尤其从侧向周边突出,该周边在盒接收座的两个端侧之间延伸出来。优选该凸出部是该混合室的一部分。优选该混合室的周边设计为基本上圆形的并且该凸出部从这个圆形突出。根据本发明的一个特别优选的实施方式,制成的饮料或食物的出口设置在该凸出部中。
根据本发明的再一个优选的或本发明的主题,该盒接收座具有紧固环和/或保险环。这个紧固环和/或保险环优选接收紧固到该盒接收座处的盒。优选该紧固环和/或保险环在该混合室处设置有额定断裂位置和/或额定变形位置。在制造饮料或食物之前将这个位置破坏和或使其变形、尤其不可逆地变形。这例如可以通过相对彼此移动盒与盒接收座来进行。通过变形和/或破坏,盒接收座只能使用一次和/或盒接收座与盒之间的结合不能再消除。
优选地,在混合室中设置至少一个混合元件,该混合元件用于使溶剂或溶剂与基质的混合物产生旋流。优选该混合元件作为凸出部设置在底部中。优选该混合元件设计为,使得溶解在溶剂中的碳酸不会排出或仅少量排出。优选该混合元件设计为,使其仅具有很小的压力损失。
优选该盒接收座具有对该隔膜穿孔的刺入器件。这个刺入器件例如设计为从混合室的底部突出的尖端。优选该刺入器件在其外部周边上具有至少一个、优选多个凹入部和/或凸出部,该凹入部和/或凸出部用作基质的出口。该凹入部和/或凸出部的数量和大小优选取决于基质的黏度。优选该刺入器件具有在顶端中或顶端的区域中终止的通道。通过这个通道可以将气体、尤其空气或CO2吹入盒中,以便加速和/或计量基质输出。

根据本发明的另一个优选的或本发明的主题,该出口是可移动地、尤其可旋转地设置在该混合室处或者具有如下器件:通过该器件,可以将该出口尤其朝向接收制成的饮料或食物的容器侧壁的方向定向。这种实施方式在有利地倾向于形成泡沫的饮料或食物的情况下是特别的。出口的移动可以手动地或电机式进行。对于盒具有标识的情况,在分配器已经辨认出盒之后可以自动进行旋转。
本发明的再一个主题是一种系统,该系统具有设置在盒处或盒中的根据本发明的或优选的盒接收座,该盒接收座具有壁区域,在该壁区域的一端连接有连接区域,该连接区域尤其用隔膜(14)封闭,并且在该壁区域的相反一端任选地设置底部区域,其中该壁区域和任选地该底部区域伸展成空腔,该空腔接收饮料基质和/或食物基质。

该盒优选由塑料、尤其通过模制和/或吹塑方法制造。该盒具有侧壁,该侧壁例如具有圆形、矩形、正方形、锥形或椭圆形的横截面。在侧壁的一端一般(尤其一体式地)设置底部。侧壁和任选地底部区域伸展成空腔,在该空腔中尤其以液体形式提供饮料基质和/或食物基质。在壁区域的另一端设置连接区域,通过该连接区域将盒与盒接收座相连。这个盒接收座可以是分配器的一部分或者与分配器分离的构件。
优选地,该连接区域设置为使其具有凸缘。该凸缘从连接区域中伸出并且优选成角度、特别优选与连接区域的壁区域成直角。为了制造饮料或食物,凸缘优选水平地定向。优选该凸缘由实心材料制造,即非中空地制造。
此外优选的是,该凸缘设置有定位器件和或遮盖器件。该定位器件确保盒只能以某一位置、尤其以某一旋转角度、尤其相对于盒的纵向中轴线安排在分配器和/或盒接收座处。遮盖元件遮盖一个区域,尤其制成的饮料或食物流过的区域。优选该定位器件和该遮盖元件是相同的。
优选该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件是凹入部和/或凸出部,该凸出部从该凸缘、尤其从该凸缘的周边伸出。优选该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件设置为与该凸缘一体的。例如该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件形成为在凸缘的周边的一个位置处成形的鼻形部。该定位器件和/或该遮盖器件的厚度在此至少基本上对应于凸缘的厚度。
根据一个优选的实施方式,在该壁区域与该连接区域之间设置颈部。这个颈部例如可以具有圆形的横截面。这个颈部形成连接区域的壁区域。该凸缘优选直角地连接到该颈部。
优选地,在盒使用前尤其密封地封闭该盒的隔膜设置、尤其密封在该凸缘处、尤其在其端面处。为此,该凸缘、尤其其端面可以具有珠缘、尤其圆环形的珠缘,该珠缘在密封时与密封工具一起作用。优选该隔膜的外部的周长小于该凸缘的外部周长。
优选在该壁区域和/或在该颈部的区域中设置有紧固器件。通过该紧固器件可以将盒与分配器相连。该紧固器件例如可以是凹槽,在该凹槽中紧固器件接合到分配器。
盒接收座可以与盒牢固相连或者是替换零件,在使用盒之后该替换零件与该盒分离并且与新的盒相连。优选该盒接收座由塑料、尤其以注塑制造。优选将该盒接收座与分配器相连。
优选设置在该盒的凸缘处的该遮盖元件遮盖该盒接收座的出口。
优选该盒处的凸缘、尤其其周边与该盒接收座密封地共同作用。为此可以将凸缘的周边例如接合到盒接收座的凹槽中。这种凸缘/凹槽连接也可以用作力连接,以便防止在饮料或食物制造过程中盒相对于盒接收座偏移并且盒与盒接收座之间的连接变得不密封。
根据优选的实施方式,盒和盒接收座,尤其在刺入隔膜之前,相对彼此纵向可偏移地设置。然后通过这种纵向偏移可以将刺入器件与隔膜接合并且将其刺穿。
优选盒和盒接收座防扭转地彼此相连。
优选该刺入器件具有通道。通过此通道可以将气体压入盒中,该气体将饮料基质和/或食物基质压出盒、尤其压入盒接收座的混合室中。

图1-4示出本发明的系统的第一实施方式,该系统由盒1以及盒接收座10构成。该盒优选由塑料材料制成,例如通过注塑或注塑模制或者通过吹塑技术。在当前情况下该盒具有正方形的壁区域6,底部区域7连接在该壁区域的一端(在此为上端)。壁区域6和底部区域7限定了空腔,饮料基质和/或食物基质、尤其浓缩物位于该空腔中,通过该基质可以制造饮料或食物。在壁区域的与底部区域相反的末端(在此为下端)设置有连接区域4,该连接区域在此情况下具有颈部3以及凸缘5。在填充盒的空腔之后将其用封闭件14(在此为隔膜)密封地封闭。隔膜14、尤其塑料膜优选材料配合地、尤其通过密封而与该凸缘相连。盒与盒接收座通过连接区域相连。在凸缘5处设置定位器件和/或遮盖器件8,该器件在当前情况下设置为凸出部、尤其设置为鼻形的凸出部。鼻形部在此一体式地成形在凸缘处。此外该系统具有(如尤其在图1b)和c)中可以看出的)具有盒接收座10。这个盒接收座具有溶剂入口、尤其水入口15(参见图2)以及混合室13,溶剂和饮料基质和/或食物基质在该混合室中混合。混合物的流动方向在图1c)中通过箭头12展示。制成的饮料/食物通过出口11离开混合室并且捕集在容器中、例如玻璃杯中。此外,如尤其在图2中可以看到的,盒接收座具有刺入器件16(在此为尖端16),该刺入器件(如尤其借助于图3可以看出的)刺入密封在盒的凸缘区域处的隔膜,使得饮料基质或食物基质尤其可以沿着尖端(该尖端为此在其外侧上优选设置有出口通道17)的外面例如流入流动室13中。
图2示出在刺入器件16与隔膜14实现接合之前的系统。为了实现这一点,盒和/或盒接收座彼此相对地且彼此纵向地偏移,使得尖端16穿过隔膜14,这尤其可以借助于图3c)明确地看出。在此图中,还可以特别好地辨别通道17,基质通过这些通道流入混合室中。基质向混合室中的流动可以通过气体加速和受到针对性的控制,该气体通过刺入尖端16中的通道18压入盒中。例如可以将盒中的压力与溶剂的体积流量相匹配。
如尤其在图1d)以及图4中可以看出的,盒1的凸缘5与盒接收座密封地共同作用并且由此确保液体仅通过出口5离开混合室。此外尤其可以从这些图中看出,凸出部8在此情况下不仅是定位器件、而且还尤其密封地遮盖盒接收座中的出口11。凸缘8和设置在其上的凸出部8可以用其端面和/或用其周边与盒接收座的对应的面密封地共同作用。
图5-8示出本发明的系统的另一个实施方式。关于该盒,基本上可以参照图1至4的实施方式,其中盒在其连接区域中除了凸缘5之外还具有紧固器件20,该紧固器件将盒1与盒接收座10相连。此外,壁区域6在当前情况下具有凹入部24,该凹入部允许在盒与盒接收座以及任选地分配器之间的纵向偏移并且该凹入部还形成盒的引导件。
在盒接收座10方面也可以参照根据图1-4的实施方式。然而如尤其在图7中可以看出的,盒接收座在当前情况下具有紧固环或保险环21,该环借助于变形位置和/或额定断裂位置22与混合室13相连。这个环21与设置在盒处的紧固器件20、例如在此结合件20力配合地共同作用。此外在图7中明显可以看出,盒接收座10除了尖端18之外还具有另外的刺入器件16。通过尖端18将气体压入盒中,该气体将基质从盒中压出。打开器件16切入(在此成角度地切割)隔膜中,然后该隔膜形成在基质的压力下被向下压的接片并且由此可以实现基质的更简单的流出。本领域技术人员已知,刺入器件16也可以是足够,或者还可行的是,如借助于图1-4解释的在当前情况下采用对隔膜的刺入和基质的流出。当然,还可以将局部的打开器件16、18转移到根据图1至4的实施方式上。
图5示出在刺入之前的系统。图6示出在已经刺入隔膜之后的系统。通过借助于箭头2展示的在混合室13与盒1之间的相对运动,将额定变形位置或额定断裂位置22如此变形或破坏,使得盒与环21可以一起向混合室13的方向上移动。通过这种运动(其中凸缘5也被导入凹槽27中并且与之密封地共同作用)将隔膜14穿孔并且基质可以从盒流入混合室中,在该混合室中该基质与通过入口15计量到混合室中的溶剂混合并且通过出口11离开混合室。
图9示出紧固器件,在此为在盒的壁区域中的凹槽25。紧固器件26可以接合到此凹槽中,通过该紧固器件将盒紧固在分配器处。
图10和11分别以俯视图示出混合室。在当前情况下,混合室13设置有混合元件28,该混合元件在当前情况下分别由多个部件构成。在根据图10的实施方式中,这些部件是圆环段形的,其中圆环的直径可以不同。在根据图11的实施方式中,这些部件是角。优选混合元件28设计为,使其一方面将基质和溶剂彼此良好混合,但另一方面也仅产生尽可能小的压力损失。
在图12中在右侧,该系统由盒1和盒接收座10构成。该视图在此是从出口的方向看。图12的左侧图示示出固持件29,通过该固持件将系统1、10固持在分配器处。固持件29具有挖空部,混合室的底部至少部分伸入该挖空部中。固持件用作系统的支承件。容器位于固持件29之下,制成的饮料或食物进入该容器中。此外,固持件具有引导件30,该引导件与盒接收座10形状配合地共同作用并且保护其免于相对于固持件29的侧向滑动和/或扭转。在当前情况下,引导件与挖空部间隔开地设置。本领域技术人员理解,挖空部与盒接收座的底部之间的形状配合也可以承担保护免于滑动和/或扭转的功能。用于溶剂的接口连接到挖空部,但是该接口优选不是固持件的一部分。
在图13中展示了根据本发明的另一个示例性实施方式的盒1的四个视图。盒1和由盒2与盒接收座10形成的相关系统(在图14中展示)在其工作方式方面类似于借助于图1至4说明的根据本发明的第一实施方式的系统。
然而,图13中所示的盒1不同地具有两个凸缘5。这两个凸缘5用于将盒接收座10紧固到盒1。为此,在外部凸缘5处密封隔膜14。
这两个凸缘5的(与盒1的纵轴垂直的)横截面具有基本上圆形的周边,其中在一侧设置有直线状的周边区域31。在直线状或整平的周边区域31中,该周边作为几乎直线(在图13中右图中在凸缘5的底侧处可以看到)延伸,而凸缘5的周边在直线状的周边区域31之外作为曲线延伸。直线状的周边区域31用作定位器件,由此固定盒1相对于盒接收座10的取向。
在图11中可以看到匹配的盒接收座10。可以辨认出,在另外的实施方式中,盒接收座10的周边具有与图10中展示的两个凸缘5的轮廓相对应的形状,使得盒2和盒接收座10只能在相对彼此的某一取向中彼此相连。直线状的周边区域31由此用作扭转防护件。有利地由此还限定,盒1在哪个区域中将气体压入空腔中。
在混合室13之内安排有尖端引导件32,尖端16(也称为刺入器件)在该尖端引导件中可移动地被引导。在另外的实施方式中,隔膜14的穿孔不是通过盒1与盒接收座10之间的相对运动引起的,而是在相对于盒1固定的盒接收座10中可移动地引导尖端16。以此方式可以将尖端16从收缩位置(首要地对应于系统的初始状态)转移到伸出位置,在该收缩位置中尖端16与隔膜14间隔开,在该伸出位置中尖端16伸出到盒1的空腔中并且在此将隔膜14穿孔。即,在这个伸出的位置中,盒1打开并且饮料基质和/或食物基质可以通过尖端16的外面中的出口通道17经过隔膜14到达混合室13中。
在盒接收座10的朝向盒1的侧面还设置有卡锁条33,该卡锁条形状配合和/或力配合地在周围接合这两个凸缘5之一,以便将盒1紧固在盒接收座10处。以此方式,阻止了盒1与盒接收座10之间的相对运动。
图14展示了尖端16的示意性图示,该尖端在图13所示的尖端引导件32中被引导。尖端16具有内部的压缩空气管线34以及外部的出口通道17,该压缩空气管线用作气体入口18,通过该出口通道,基质可以经过借助于尖端16刺入的隔膜14流入混合室13中。在尖端16的背向盒1的侧面处形成有从盒接收座10的外部可接近的、该压缩空气管线34的压缩空气接口,用于与压缩空气源相连,其中在尖端16的面向盒1的侧面处形成有该压缩空气管线34的压缩空气出口,用于将压缩空气吹入盒1中。
在图14中所示的尖端16安排在图13所示的盒接收座10的尖端引导件32中并且然后在图13中所示的盒接收座10与图12中所示的盒1相连的这种设置形成了根据本发明的另外的示例性实施方式的系统。

Claims (21)
1.一种盒接收座(10),所述盒接收座具有稀释剂入口尤其水入口(15)、混合室(13)、以及出口(11),在所述混合室中将稀释剂和饮料基质和/或食物基质混合,其特征在于,相对于所述稀释剂的流动方向,流动横截面首先扩宽然后再度减小。

11.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的盒接收座(10),其特征在于,所述入口(15)和所述出口(11)设置在所述盒接收座(10)的相反的末端。
12.根据权利要求7或8所述的盒接收座,其特征在于,所述刺入器件(16)设置为与所述入口(15)以及所述出口(11)齐平。
13.一种系统,具有设置在盒(1)处或盒中的根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的盒接收座(10),所述盒接收座具有壁区域(6),在所述壁区域的一端连接有连接区域(4),所述连接区域尤其用隔膜(14)封闭,并且在所述壁区域的相反一端任选地设置底部区域(7),其中所述壁区域和任选地所述底部区域伸展成空腔,所述空腔接收饮料基质和/或食物基质。
14.根据权利要求13所述的系统,其特征在于,所述连接区域(4)具有凸缘(5),所述凸缘设置有定位器件和/或遮盖器件(8)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的系统,其特征在于,所述定位器件和/或所述遮盖器件(8)是凹入部和/或凸出部,所述凸出部从所述凸缘、尤其从所述凸缘的周边伸出。
16.根据权利要求13至15中的任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,在所述壁区域(6)与所述连接区域(4)之间设置有颈部(3)。
17.根据权利要求13至16中的任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述隔膜(14)设置在所述凸缘处。
18.根据权利要求13至17中的任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述盒接收座(10)设置在所述盒的所述连接区域(4)处。
19.根据以上权利要求14至18中的任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述凸缘与所述盒接收座(10)密封地共同作用。
20.根据权利要求13至19中的任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述盒(1)与所述盒接收座(10)防扭转地彼此相连。
21.根据权利要求10至18中的任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述遮盖器件(8)遮盖所述盒接收座(10)的所述出口(11)。
