Claims (58)
- 집전체 및 보호 구조물을 포함하는 물품을 제공하는 단계로서, 이때 상기 보호 구조물이 하나 이상의 개재 층(intervening layer)에 의해 상기 집전체로부터 분리되고, 상기 하나 이상의 개재 층이 2 미크론 미만의 총 두께를 갖는, 단계;
알칼리 금속 이온 공급원을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 알칼리 이온 공급원이, 상기 집전체 반대쪽에서 상기 보호 구조물의 한쪽 상에 위치하는 알칼리 금속 층인, 단계;
상기 보호 구조물을 가로질러 상기 공급원으로부터 알칼리 금속 이온을 수송하는 단계; 및
상기 집전체와 상기 보호 구조물 사이에, 알칼리 금속을 포함하는 전기활성 층을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며,
상기 물품의 표면에 수직이고 50 N/cm2 이상의 압력을 한정하는 성분을 갖는 이방성 힘을 상기 물품에 적용하는, 전극 형성 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보호 구조물이, 알칼리 금속 이온을 삽입(intercalating)하기에 적합한 물질을 포함하는 하나 이상의 개재 층에 의해 상기 집전체로부터 분리된, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
