Abstract
Description
도 1은 종래 기술에 따른 전고체 전지용 전극 조립체의 단면을 도시한 것이다.
도 2는 종래 기술에 따른 전고체 전지용 전극 조립체의 단면을 도시한 것으로서, 전지의 반복적인 충방전에 의해서 음극의 표면에 리튬 플레이팅이 발생하여 음극의 두께가 두꺼워진 것을 개략적으로 도식화하여 나타낸 것이다.
도 3a은 본 발명의 일 실시양태에 따른 전고체 전지용 전극 조립체의 단면을 개략적으로 도식화하여 나타낸 것이다.
도 3b는 각 구성요소들의 폭을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시양태에 따른 전고체 전지용 전극 조립체의 단면을 나타낸 것으로서, 전지의 반복적인 충방전에 의해서 음극의 표면에 리튬 플레이팅이 발생하여 음극의 두께가 두꺼워진 것을 개략적으로 도식화하여 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시양태에 따른 전고체 전지용 전극 조립체의 분해 사시도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시양태에 따른 전고체 전지용 전극 조립체를 나타낸 것으로서, 보호층의 테두리부 중 소정 폭을 갖는 외측 일부가 고체 전해질층 밖으로 돌출되어 고체 전해질층 및 양극의 적층 단면을 감싸는 모양을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 음극, 양극 및 상기 양극과 음극의 사이에 고체 전해질층이 개재된 전극 조립체를 포함하며, 상기 음극은 음극 활물질로 리튬 금속을 포함하고,
적층면의 면적을 기준으로 고체 전해질층, 음극 및 양극의 면적이 모두 같거나 고체 전해질층, 음극 및 양극의 순으로 면적이 감소하고, 상기 음극은 고체 전해질층과 면접하되 고체 전해질층의 면 내측에 배치되고, 상기 양극은 고체 전해질층을 개재하여 음극과 간접적으로 접하되 음극의 면 내측에 배치되는 것이고, 상기 음극과 고체 전해질층 사이에 고분자 수지를 포함하는 보호층이 더 구비되며, 상기 보호층은 소정의 폭을 갖는 테두리부 및 상기 테두리부로 둘러싸인 개구부를 갖는 프레임 형태이며, 상기 개구부의 면적은 양극의 면적보다 좁은 것으로서 개구부가 양극면 내측에 위치하도록 보호층이 배치되어 있으며,
상기 보호층은 폴리올레핀계 고분자 수지를 포함하며, 고체 전해질층에 비해서 경도 및/또는 강도가 높은 것이며,
상기 고체 전해질층은 고분자계 고체 전해질을 포함하는 것인 전고체 전지.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자계 고체 전해질은 폴리에테르계 고분자, 폴리카보네이트계 고분자, 아크릴레이트계 고분자, 폴리실록산계 고분자, 포스파젠계 고분자, 폴리에틸렌 유도체, 알킬렌 옥사이드 유도체 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것인 전고체 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 테두리부에 의해서 음극의 외주 부분이 고체 전해질층과 직접 접촉하지 않는 것인, 전고체 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보호층은 두께가 상기 고체 전해질층의 두께의 1/10 내지 1/2의 두께를 갖는 것인, 전고체 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보호층의 테두리부가 소정 폭만큼 상기 고체 전해질층의 외측으로 돌출된 것인 전고체 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극의 말단 둘레가 상기 보호층의 테두리부의 내측으로 위치하도록 적층되는 것인, 전고체 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
적층면의 면적을 기준으로 상기 고체 전해질층, 음극 및 양극의 면적이 모두 같고 상기 보호층은 테두리부 중 소정 폭을 갖는 외측 일부가 고체 전해질층 밖으로 돌출되며 상기 돌출된 부분이 고체 전해질층 방향으로 절곡되어 고체 전해질층 및 양극의 적층 단면을 감싸는 것인, 전고체 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 돌출된 부분의 말단이 양극 표면의 외주의 전부 또는 일부를 피복하는 방식으로 보호층이 절곡되어 있는 것인, 전고체 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보호층은 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌 중 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인, 전고체 전지.
