Claims (3)
- 기판에 화소 전극이 형성되고,상기 화소 전극의 상층에 정공 주입층이 형성되고,상기 정공 주입층의 상층에, 적어도 화소마다 적, 녹, 청으로부터 선택된 발광색을 갖는 유기 발광층이 형성되고,상기 유기 발광층의 상층에 대향 전극이 형성되는 유기 EL 소자로서,상기 정공 주입층과 상기 유기 발광층의 계면 부근에서 일부가 서로 함침·확산하여 이루어지는 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광층을 잉크젯 방식에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 정공 주입층을 잉크젯 방식에 의해 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
