- 제1 전극; 제2 전극; 상기 제1 전극과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치한 발광층; 상기 제1 전극과 상기 발광층 사이에 위치한 제1 정공주입층; 상기 제1 전극과 상기 발광층 사이에 위치한 제2 정공주입층; 및 상기 발광층과 상기 제2 전극 사이에 위치한 전자수송층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자로서, 상기 제1 정공주입층은 금속 불화물 및 제1 정공 주입 물질을 포함하고, 상기 제2 정공주입층은 몰리브덴 산화물 및 제2 정공 주입 물질을 포함하고, 상기 제1 정공주입층 상부에 상기 제2 정공주입층이 형성되고, 상기 전자 수송층은 전자 수송 물질과 금속 산화물을 포함하며, 상기 금속 화합물은 리튬 산화물(Li2O), 몰리브덴 산화물(MoO3), 바륨 산화물(BaO) 또는 보론 산화물(B2O3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 불화물 및 상기 제1 정공 주입 물질의 혼합비가 1 : 1 내지 3 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몰리브덴 산화물 및 상기 제2 정공 주입 물질의 혼합비가 1 : 1 내지 3 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 불화물에서 금속이 제1족 원소 또는 제2족 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 정공 주입 물질 및 상기 제2 정공 주입 물질은, 각각 독립적으로, 구리프탈로시아닌, 1,3,5-트리카바졸릴벤젠, 4,4'-비스카바졸릴비페닐, 폴리비닐카바졸, m-비스카바졸릴페닐, 4,4'-비스카바졸릴-2,2'-디메틸비페닐, 4,4',4"-트리(N-카바졸릴)트리페닐아민 (TCTA), 4,4',4"-트리스(3-메틸페닐아미노)트리페닐아민(m-MTDATA), 1,3,5-트리(2-카바졸릴페닐)벤젠, 1,3,5-트리스(2-카바졸릴-5-메톡시페닐)벤젠, 비스(4-카바졸릴페닐)실란, N,N'-비스(3-메틸페닐)-N,N'-디페닐-[1,1-비페닐]-4,4'디아민 (TPD), N,N'-디(나프탈렌-1-일)-N,N'-디페닐 벤지딘 (α-NPD), N,N'-디페닐-N,N'-비스(1-나프틸)-(1,1'-비페닐)-4,4'-디아민 (NPB), 폴리(9,9-디옥틸플루오렌-co-N-(4-부틸페닐)디페닐아민) (TFB) 또는 폴리(9,9-디옥틸플루오렌-co-비스-N,N-페닐-1,4-페닐렌디아민 (PFB)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 정공주입층과 상기 제2 정공주입층의 두께의 비가 1 : 99 내지 1 : 9인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물의 함량이 전자 수송 물질 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 30 내지 60 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 수송 물질이 전자 이동도가 전기장 800~1000 V/cm에서 10-8 cm/Vs이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 화합물 및 전자 수송 물질을 포함하는 전자수송층을 제1 전자수송층으로 포함하고, 또한 상기 제1 전자수송층 이외에 또 다른 제2 전자수송층을 더 포함하며, 상기 제2 전자수송층은 제2 전자 수송 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제2 전자 수송 물질이 전자 이동도가 전기장 800~1000 V/cm에서 10-8 cm/Vs 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제2 전자 수송 물질이 전기장 800~1000 V/cm에서 10-3 내지 10-5cm/Vs의 전자 이동도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 전자수송층과 상기 제2 전자수송층의 두께비는 1 : 1 내지 1 : 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소자가 정공주입층, 정공수송층, 전자저지층, 발광층, 정공저지층, 전자수송층 및 전자주입층으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소자가 제1 전극/정공수송층/발광층/전자수송층/제2 전극, 제1 전극/정공주입층/정공수송층/발광층/전자수송층/전자주입층/제2 전극 또는 제1 전극/정공주입층/정공수송층/발광층/정공저지층/전자수송층/전자주입층/제2 전극의 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
