Claims (11)
- 제1전극; 금속 산화물막; 정공수송층; 발광층; 및 제2전극이 순차적으로 적층되며, 상기 금속 산화물막이 일함수가 4 내지 7eV의 금속 산화물을 포함하고,상기 금속 산화물이 바나듐 산화물(V2O5), 프라세오디윰 산화물(Pr2O3), 텅스텐 산화물(WO3 단독 또는 WO3과 WO2의 혼합물) 및 은 산화물(Ag2O)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상이고,상기 금속 산화물막과 정공수송층 사이에 탄소계 화합물로 된 버퍼층이 더 형성되고,상기 탄소계 화합물이 풀러렌(fullerene)계 화합물, 금속을 포함하는 풀러렌계 착화합물, 탄소 나노 튜브, 탄소 섬유(carbon fiber), 카본 블랙, 흑연, 카르빈(carbine), MgC60, CaC60, SrC60로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.

- 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소계 화합물이 풀러렌(fullerene)계 화합물, 금속을 포함하는 풀러렌계 착화합물, 탄소 나노 튜브, 탄소 섬유(carbon fiber), 카본 블랙, 흑연, 카르빈(carbine), MgC60, CaC60, SrC60로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층과 제2전극 사이에 전자수송층과 전자주입층중에서 선택된 하나 이상이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 발광 소자.
