Abstract
一种屏蔽壳体,用以至少部分围绕信号端子,所述屏蔽壳体包括第一侧壁、第二侧壁以及第三侧壁。所述第二侧壁连接所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁面对面设置。所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁至少其中之一的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部,所述偏转部用以将所述屏蔽壳体导引插入对接连接器中。相较于现有技术,本实用新型的屏蔽壳体用以至少部分围绕信号端子,从而对信号端子起到屏蔽作用;另外,通过将所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁至少其中之一的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部,从而便于将所述屏蔽壳体导引插入对接连接器中。

本实用新型要求了申请日为2020年06月19日,申请号为202010567796.4,发明创造名称为“背板连接器组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种屏蔽壳体,属于背板连接器技术领域。
背景技术
现有的背板连接器组件通常包括相互配合的公端连接器与母端连接器。公端连接器和母端连接器分别设有相互配合的导电端子。一般而言,导电端子包括信号端子以及接地端子,以提高信号传输的质量。
然而,随着对信号传输质量的要求不断提高,需要设计出对信号端子的数据传输保护效果更好的屏蔽壳体;且当公端连接器与母端连接器相插接时,屏蔽壳体也能够为这种插接提供导引作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够对信号端子起到屏蔽作用且具有导引功能的屏蔽壳体。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种屏蔽壳体,用以至少部分围绕信号端子,所述屏蔽壳体包括:
第一侧壁;
第二侧壁;
第三侧壁,所述第二侧壁连接所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第三侧壁面对面设置;
所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁至少其中之一的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部,所述偏转部用以将所述屏蔽壳体导引插入对接连接器中。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述屏蔽壳体包括第四侧壁,所述第四侧壁与所述第二侧壁面对面设置;
所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁、所述第三侧壁和所述第四侧壁形成一个中空的筒体部。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁、所述第三侧壁和所述第四侧壁的末端均设有向内弯折的所述偏转部,且这些偏转部相互隔开。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述屏蔽壳体包括自所述第一侧壁延伸凸出的第一延伸片以及位于所述第一延伸片的两侧的第一狭槽;所述屏蔽壳体还包括自所述第三侧壁延伸凸出的第二延伸片以及位于所述第二延伸片两侧的第二狭槽;
所述第一延伸片和所述第二延伸片用以与接地端子相接触;
所述第一狭槽和所述第二狭槽用以卡持金属屏蔽片,且使所述屏蔽壳体与所述金属屏蔽片相接触。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述屏蔽壳体还包括自所述筒体部延伸的安装部,所述安装部包括基部、自所述基部的一侧弯折的第一弯折部以及自所述基部的另一相对侧弯折的第二弯折部,其中:所述基部与所述第三侧壁相连,所述第一弯折部与所述第二侧壁位于同一侧,所述第二弯折部与所述第四侧壁位于同一侧。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述基部与所述第三侧壁共面,所述第一弯折部向外凸出所述第二侧壁,所述第二弯折部向外凸出所述第四侧壁。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述第一弯折部远离所述第三侧壁的一边设有若干第一倒刺部,所述第二弯折部远离所述第三侧壁的一边设有若干第二倒刺部,所述第一倒刺部和所述第二倒刺部用以与卡持于壳体中。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述屏蔽壳体还包括自所述第一弯折部延伸的第一尾部以及自所述第二弯折部延伸的第二尾部,所述第一尾部以及所述第二尾部用以安装于电路板。
作为本实用新型进一步改进的技术方案:所述屏蔽壳体是由一块金属板冲压、弯折、铆接而成,所述第一侧壁包括第一壁部以及第二壁部,其中所述第一壁部与所述第二壁部通过铆接的方式固定在一起,所述第一壁部与所述第二壁部的结合处形成有铆接线。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型的屏蔽壳体用以至少部分围绕信号端子,从而对信号端子起到屏蔽作用;另外,通过将所述第一侧壁、所述第二侧壁和所述第三侧壁至少其中之一的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部,从而便于将所述屏蔽壳体导引插入对接连接器中。

实施方式一:
请参图1及图2所示,本实用新型的实施方式一揭示了一种背板连接器组件,其包括第一背板连接器100、与所述第一背板连接器100相配合的第二背板连接器200、与所述第一背板连接器100安装在一起的第一电路板301以及与所述第二背板连接器200安装在一起的第二电路板302。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一背板连接器100与所述第二背板连接器200以相正交的方式插接,所述第一电路板301垂直于所述第二电路板302。
请参照图3及图4所示,所述第一背板连接器100包括第一壳体1、安装于所述第一壳体1的若干第一端子模组2、固持在所述若干第一端子模组2的后端的第一固持片3以及固持在所述若干第一端子模组2的底端的第一固持块4。
所述第二背板连接器200包括第二壳体5、安装于所述第二壳体5的若干第二端子模组6、固持在所述若干第二端子模组6的一边的第二固持片7以及固持所述若干第二端子模组6的另一边的第二固持块8。
请参照图5及图6所示,所述第二端子模组6包括第二绝缘支架61、嵌入成型于所述第二绝缘支架61的若干第二导电端子62、固定在所述第二绝缘支架61的一侧的第三金属屏蔽片63以及固定在所述第二绝缘支架61的另一相对侧的第四金属屏蔽片64。
从结构上看,每一组第二导电端子62包括第二接触部621、第二尾部622以及连接所述第二接触部621与所述第二尾部622的第二连接部623。部分所述第二接触部621用以与第一背板连接器100电性连接,所述第二尾部622用以安装于第二电路板302。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第二接触部621大致垂直于所述第二尾部622,所述第二连接部623呈曲线状。
请参照图7所示,从功能上看,每一组第二导电端子62包括若干第三接地端子G3、若干第四接地端子G4以及若干第二信号端子S2。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,相邻的两个第二信号端子S2组成一对第二差分信号端子,且每一对第二差分信号端子位于一个第三接地端子G3与一个第四接地端子G4之间,即每一组第二导电端子62呈G3-S2-S2-G4的排列方式,这种排列方式有利于提高信号传输的质量。所述第二差分信号端子为窄边耦合或者宽边耦合。所述第三接地端子G3与所述第四接地端子G4的宽度大于它们之间的第二信号端子S2的宽度,从而有利于增加屏蔽面积,改善屏蔽效果。
请参照图8至图10所示,每一组第二端子模组6还包括套接在所述第二接触部621上的绝缘体65以及套接在所述绝缘体65上的屏蔽壳体66。每一个所述绝缘体65设有让所述第二信号端子S2的第二接触部621插入的两个穿孔651以及位于末端的配合面652。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述绝缘体65大致呈长方体状;相应地,所述屏蔽壳体66大致呈长方体状。
所述屏蔽壳体66包括依次连接的第一侧壁661、第二侧壁662、第三侧壁663以及第四侧壁664,其中所述第一侧壁661与所述第三侧壁663相对,所述第二侧壁662与所述第四侧壁664相对。所述第一侧壁661与所述第三侧壁663的面积大于所述第二侧壁662与所述第四侧壁664的面积。所述第一侧壁661、第二侧壁662、第三侧壁663以及第四侧壁664的末端均设有向内弯折的偏转部665。通过设置所述偏转部665,一方面能够在屏蔽壳体66的末端形成一个收缩口,使偏转部665的外表面6651能够导引第二端子模组6安装于第二壳体5,甚至导引屏蔽壳体66插入第一背板连接器100中。此外,为了更好地对绝缘体65进行限位,所述第二侧壁662与所述第四侧壁664还设有向内冲压形成的限位凸起6621、6641。所述限位凸起6621、6641用以与所述绝缘体65相配合,防止绝缘体65被从所述屏蔽壳体66中抽出。当然,在其它实施方式中,限位凸起6621、6641可设于第一侧壁661与第三侧壁663,防止绝缘体65被从所述屏蔽壳体66中抽出。
在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述屏蔽壳体66还包括自所述第一侧壁661延伸凸出的第一延伸片6611以及位于第一延伸片6611两侧的第一狭槽6612。所述屏蔽壳体66还包括自所述第三侧壁663延伸凸出的第二延伸片6631以及位于第二延伸片6631两侧的第二狭槽6632。所述第一延伸片6611与所述第三接地端子G3的第二接触部621垂直接触,以提高屏蔽效果;所述第二延伸片6631与所述第四接地端子G4的第二接触部621垂直接触,以提高屏蔽效果。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一延伸片6611与所述第二延伸片6631向外偏转后再延伸,从而使同一屏蔽壳体66上的第一延伸片6611与第二延伸片6631之间的距离大于所述第一侧壁661和所述第三侧壁663之间的距离。请结合图7所示,就一组呈G3-S2-S2-G4排列的第二导电端子62而言,所述第三接地端子G3的第二接触部621设有靠近所述第二差分信号端子的第一缺口6216,所述第一缺口6216用以收容所述第一延伸片6611;所述第四接地端子G4的第二接触部621设有靠近所述第二差分信号端子的第二缺口6217,所述第二缺口6217用以收容所述第二延伸片6631。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,以相邻的两对第二差分信号端子共用一个第四接地端子G4为例,该第四接地端子G4的两侧分别设有面向不同第二差分信号端子的第二缺口6217,且该第二缺口6217用以与相邻的两个屏蔽壳体66相配合。
当所述第一背板连接器100与所述第二背板连接器200相配合时,所述第一背板连接器100的第一壳体1插入所述第二背板连接器200的第二壳体5中,所述第二背板连接器200的第二端子模组6的屏蔽壳体66在偏转部665的导引下插入所述第一背板连接器100中。
实施方式二:
请参照图13及图14所示,本实用新型的实施方式二还揭示了另一背板连接器组件,其包括如图1至图12所示的第一背板连接器100以及与所述第一背板连接器100相配合的另一第二背板连接器200’。所述第一背板连接器100用以安装于第一电路板301上,所述第二背板连接器200’用以安装于第二电路板302上。由于第一背板连接器100已经在第一实施方式中进行了详细描述,在本实用新型的第二实施方式中便不再对其进行详细描述,而直接引用其相关结构。
请参照图15至图17所示,所述第二背板连接器200’包括第二壳体21’、安装于所述第二壳体21’内的若干第二端子模组22’、固定于所述第二壳体21’且位于所述第二端子模组22’外的屏蔽壳体23’以及安装于所述第二壳体21’的第二固持块24’。
请参照图17所示,所述第二壳体21’是由绝缘材料制成,其包括基部210’、自所述基部210’的一端向上延伸的第一侧壁211’、自所述基部210’的另一相对端向上延伸的第二侧壁212’。所述基部210’、所述第一侧壁211’和所述第二侧壁212’共同形成一个用以收容部分所述第一背板连接器100的收容空间213’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一侧壁211’与所述第二侧壁212’相互平行且均垂直于所述基部210’。
在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第二壳体21’还设有自所述基部210’一体延伸且间隔设置的若干绝缘凸起214’。若干绝缘凸起214’向上延伸入所述收容空间213’内。若干绝缘凸起214’沿前后方向排列为多排,且相邻两排中的绝缘凸起214’错位布置,即相邻两排中位于同一位置处的绝缘凸起214’沿前后方向不对齐。所述基部210’设有暴露于所述收容空间213’内的顶面2101’、与所述顶面2101’相对的底面2102’、分别自所述底面2102’的两侧向下凸出的两个安装凸块2103’、以及位于这两个安装凸块2103’之间的容纳槽2100’。所述容纳槽2100’用以收容所述第二固持块24’。

请参照图18至图24所示,在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述屏蔽壳体23’是由一块金属板冲压、弯折、铆接而成,其包括筒体部231’、自所述筒体部231’向下延伸的安装部232’以及自所述安装部232’向下延伸的若干安装脚233’。所述筒体部231’包括依次连接的第一侧壁2311’、第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’,其中所述第一侧壁2311’与所述第三侧壁2313’相对,所述第二侧壁2312’与所述第四侧壁2314’相对,以围成全包式屏蔽腔体。当然,在其它实施方式中,所述屏蔽腔体也可以是非全包式,例如所述筒体部231’包括依次连接的第一侧壁2311’、第二侧壁2312’以及第三侧壁2313’,使所述筒体部231’大致呈U形。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一侧壁2311’与所述第三侧壁2313’的面积大于所述第二侧壁2312’与所述第四侧壁2314’的面积。所述第一侧壁2311’、第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’的末端均设有向内弯折的偏转部2315’,这些偏转部2315’各自独立,以便于各自独立弯折,避免相互干扰。每一偏转部2315’设有位于其外表面的导引部2315a’。通过设置所述偏转部2315’,能够在屏蔽壳体23’的末端形成一个收缩口,通过导引部2315a’能够使易于将偏转部2315’导引插入第一背板连接器100中。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一侧壁2311’包括第一壁部2311a’以及第二壁部2311b’,其中所述第一壁部2311a’与所述第二壁部2311b’通过铆接的方式固定在一起。所述第一壁部2311a’与所述第二壁部2311b’的结合处形成有铆接线2311c’。在本实用新型的其它实施方式中,也可仅于相连的所述第一侧壁2311’、第二侧壁2312’、第三侧壁2313’以及第四侧壁2314’的至少三个的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部2315’。
在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述安装部232’大致呈U形,其包括基部2320’、自所述基部2320’的一侧弯折的第一弯折部2321’、自所述基部2320’的另一相对侧弯折的第二弯折部2322’、自所述第一弯折部2321’向下延伸的第一尾部2324’、以及自所述第二弯折部2322’向下延伸的第二尾部2325’。所述基部2320’与所述第三侧壁2313’共面。所述第一弯折部2321’与所述第二侧壁2312’位于同一侧,且所述第一弯折部2321’向外凸出所述第二侧壁2312’。所述第二弯折部2322’与所述第四侧壁2314’位于同一侧,且所述第二弯折部2322’向外凸出所述第四侧壁2314’。所述安装部232’还包括位于所述基部2320’的底部扣持部2326’。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,当屏蔽壳体23’未安装于绝缘凸起214’时,所述扣持部2326’与所述基部2320’位于同一平面内;当屏蔽壳体23’安装于绝缘凸起214’后,向内弯折(即向所述第一侧壁2311’的方向)所述扣持部2326’,使所述扣持部2326’垂直于所述基部2320’。所述扣持部2326’位于所述基部2320’的底边中部的位置。所述第一弯折部2321’远离所述第三侧壁2313’的一边还设有若干第一倒刺部2321a’。所述第二弯折部2322’远离所述第三侧壁2313’的一边还设有若干第二倒刺部2322a’。所述第一倒刺部2321a’与所述第二倒刺部2322a’均延伸超出所述第一侧壁2311’,用以卡持于所述第二壳体21’。所述第一尾部2324’设有第一鱼眼孔2324a’,使所述第一尾部2324’具有一定的弹性,从而便于压入所述第二电路板302的导电孔中,以实现电性导通。所述第二尾部2325’设有第二鱼眼孔2325a’,使所述第二尾部2325’具有一定的弹性,从而便于压入所述第二电路板302的导电孔中,以实现电性导通。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一尾部2324’与所述第二尾部2325’相互平行且左右对齐布置。
请参照图24所示,每一第二端子模组22’包括第一信号端子221’、第二信号端子222’以及固定在所述第一信号端子221’与第二信号端子222’上的绝缘块223’。在本实用新型的一种实施方式中,所述第一信号端子221’与所述第二信号端子222’嵌入成型在所述绝缘块223’中。在本实用新型的一种实施方式中,所述第一信号端子221’与所述第二信号端子222’形成一组差分信号端子。在本实用新型图示的实施方式中,所述第一信号端子221’与所述第二信号端子222’沿所述绝缘块223’的中轴线对称设置。
组装时,首先,将若干屏蔽壳体23’自上而下套接于绝缘凸起214’上,使筒体部231’包裹在绝缘凸起214’的四周,U形的安装部232’插入U形的定位槽2104’;第一尾部2324’以及第二尾部2325’分别延伸出所述底面2102’并暴露在容纳槽2100’中。所述安装部232’部分暴露在容纳槽2100’中,以延长对所述第一信号端子221’以及所述第二信号端子222’的屏蔽。当屏蔽壳体23’安装到位时,所述第一倒刺部2321a’以及所述第二倒刺部2322a’会刺破端子容纳槽的内壁,以提高固持力。
将若干第二端子模组22’自下而上插入对应的端子容纳槽中,当第二端子模组22’安装到位时,所述绝缘块223’的顶面抵压分隔部2145’的底面,以实现限位。
然后,将扣持部2326’向内弯折,使所述扣持部2326’与绝缘块223’相抵接。如此设置,一方面能够防止屏蔽壳体23’向上脱离绝缘凸起214’,另一方面能够防止第二端子模组22’向下脱离第二壳体21’。
最后,将第二固持块24’从下而上安装于容纳槽2100’中。屏蔽壳体23’的第一尾部2324’与第二尾部2325’穿过第二固持块24’的开孔243’,以与第二电路板302电性连接。
当所述第一背板连接器100与所述第二背板连接器200’相配合时,所述第一背板连接器100的第一壳体1插入所述第二背板连接器200’的第二壳体21’的收容空间213’中,所述第二背板连接器200’的第二端子模组22’的筒体部231’在偏转部2315’的导引下插入所述第一背板连接器100的第一端子模组2中。

Claims (10)
1.一种屏蔽壳体(23’、66),用以至少部分围绕信号端子,所述屏蔽壳体(23’)包括:
第一侧壁(2311’、661);
第二侧壁(2312’、662);
第三侧壁(2313’、663),所述第二侧壁(2312’、662)连接所述第一侧壁(2311’、661)和所述第三侧壁(2313’、663),所述第一侧壁(2311’、661)和所述第三侧壁(2313’、663)面对面设置;
其特征在于:
所述第一侧壁(2311’、661)、所述第二侧壁(2312’、662)和所述第三侧壁(2313’、663)至少其中之一的末端设有向内弯折的偏转部(2315’、665),所述偏转部(2315’、665)用以将所述屏蔽壳体(23’、66)导引插入对接连接器中。
2.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽壳体(23’、66),其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳体(23’、66)包括第四侧壁(2314’、664),所述第四侧壁(2314’、664)与所述第二侧壁(2312’、662)面对面设置;
所述第一侧壁(2311’、661)、所述第二侧壁(2312’、662)、所述第三侧壁(2313’、663)和所述第四侧壁(2314’、664)形成一个中空的筒体部(231’)。
3.如权利要求2所述的屏蔽壳体(23’、66),其特征在于:所述第一侧壁(2311’、661)、所述第二侧壁(2312’、662)、所述第三侧壁(2313’、663)和所述第四侧壁(2314’、664)的末端均设有向内弯折的所述偏转部(2315’、665),且这些偏转部(2315’、665)相互隔开。
4.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽壳体(66),其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳体(66)包括自所述第一侧壁(661)延伸凸出的第一延伸片(6611)以及位于所述第一延伸片(6611)的两侧的第一狭槽(6612);所述屏蔽壳体(66)还包括自所述第三侧壁(663)延伸凸出的第二延伸片(6631)以及位于所述第二延伸片(6631)两侧的第二狭槽(6632);
所述第一延伸片(6611)和所述第二延伸片(6631)用以与接地端子相接触;
所述第一狭槽(6612)和所述第二狭槽(6632)用以卡持金属屏蔽片(63、64),且使所述屏蔽壳体(66)与所述金属屏蔽片(63、64)相接触。
5.如权利要求3所述的屏蔽壳体(23’),其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳体(23’)还包括自所述筒体部(231’)延伸的安装部(232’),所述安装部(232’)包括基部(2320’)、自所述基部(2320’)的一侧弯折的第一弯折部(2321’)以及自所述基部(2320’)的另一相对侧弯折的第二弯折部(2322’),其中:所述基部(2320’)与所述第三侧壁(2313’)相连,所述第一弯折部(2321’)与所述第二侧壁(2312’)位于同一侧,所述第二弯折部(2322’)与所述第四侧壁(2314’)位于同一侧。
6.如权利要求5所述的屏蔽壳体(23’),其特征在于:所述基部(2320’)与所述第三侧壁(2313’)共面,所述第一弯折部(2321’)向外凸出所述第二侧壁(2312’),所述第二弯折部(2322’)向外凸出所述第四侧壁(2314’)。
7.如权利要求6所述的屏蔽壳体(23’),其特征在于:所述第一弯折部(2321’)远离所述第三侧壁(2313’)的一边设有若干第一倒刺部(2321a’),所述第二弯折部(2322’)远离所述第三侧壁(2313’)的一边设有若干第二倒刺部(2322a’),所述第一倒刺部(2321a’)和所述第二倒刺部(2322a’)用以与卡持于壳体(21’)中。
8.如权利要求5所述的屏蔽壳体(23’),其特征在于:所述安装部(232’)设有自所述基部(2320’)的底部向所述第一侧壁(2311’)的方向弯折而成的扣持部(2326’)。
9.如权利要求5所述的屏蔽壳体(23’),其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳体(23’)还包括自所述第一弯折部(2321’)延伸的第一尾部(2324’)以及自所述第二弯折部(2322’)延伸的第二尾部(2325’),所述第一尾部(2324’)以及所述第二尾部(2325’)用以安装于电路板。
10.如权利要求1所述的屏蔽壳体(23’),其特征在于:所述屏蔽壳体(23’)是由一块金属板冲压、弯折、铆接而成,所述第一侧壁(2311’)包括第一壁部(2311a’)以及第二壁部(2311b’),其中所述第一壁部(2311a’)与所述第二壁部(2311b’)通过铆接的方式固定在一起,所述第一壁部(2311a’)与所述第二壁部(2311b’)的结合处形成有铆接线(2311c’)。
