- 아세트산 함량이 59.0 내지 61.5 % 인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 100 중량부 및 2 개 이상의 방향족 고리를 갖는 방향족 화합물 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 함유하는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름을 포함하는 광학 보상 시트에 있어서,상기 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름은 이축으로 연신되고,상기 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름은 550 nm에서 측정된 Re 리타데이션값(Re550)이 0 내지 70 nm 범위이고, 550 nm에서 측정된 Rth 리타데이션값(Rth550)이 70 내지 400 nm 범위이며, 두께가 10 내지 70 ㎛ 범위인 광학 보상 시트.

- 한 쌍의 편광판 및 판들 사이에 제공된 액정 셀을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,각각의 편광판은 한 쌍의 투명 보호 필름 및 필름 사이에 제공된 편광막을 포함하고, 셀과 막 사이에 배치된 상기 투명 보호 필름중 하나 이상은 아세트산 함량이 59.0 내지 61.5 % 인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 100 중량부 및 2 개 이상의 방향족 고리를 갖는 방향족 화합물 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 함유하는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름을 포함하고,상기 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름은 이축으로 연신되고,상기 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름은 550 nm에서 측정된 Re 리타데이션값(Re550)이 0 내지 70 nm 범위이고, 550 nm에서 측정된 Rth 리타데이션값(Rth550)이 70 내지 400 nm 범위이며, 두께가 10 내지 70 ㎛ 범위인 액정 표시 장치.

- 한 쌍의 편광판, 및 판들 사이에 제공된 벤드 정렬 모드의 액정 셀을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,하나 이상의 편광판은 혼성 배열로 배향된 원반형 분자를 포함하는 제 1 광학 이방성 층, 하나 이상의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름을 포함하는 제 2 광학 이방성 층, 및 편광막을 포함하는 타원형 편광판이고, 상기 편광막을 최외각층으로서 배열시키고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 광학 이방성 층 및 상기 편광막을 배열시켜 제 1 광학 이방성 층의 평면에서 최대 굴절율을 제공하는 방향을 편광막의 평면에서 투과축에 대해 실질적으로 45°각도로 배향시키고 제 2 광학 이방성 층의 평면에서 최대 굴절율을 제공하는 방향을 편광막의 평면에서 투과축에 대해 실질적으로 평행 또는 수직으로 향하게 하고, 제 2 광학 이방성 층의 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름은 아세트산 함량이 59.0 내지 61.5 % 인 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 100 중량부 및 2 개 이상의 방향족 고리를 갖는 방향족 화합물 0.01 내지 20 중량부를 함유하고,상기 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름은 이축으로 연신되고,상기 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 필름은 550 nm에서 측정된 Re 리타데이션값(Re550)이 1 내지 20 nm 범위이고, 550 nm에서 측정된 Rth 리타데이션값(Rth550)이 150 내지 300 nm 범위이며, 두께가 10 내지 70 ㎛ 범위인 액정 표시 장치.
