Claims (11)
- (a) 배향막 수지와 경화제를 포함하여 구성된 배향막 코팅 조성물을 용매에 혼합한 배향막 코팅용액 100중량%에 있어서,ⅰ) 상기 배향막 수지는 10중량% 내지 45중량%ⅱ) 상기 경화제는 0.1중량% 내지 10중량%로 혼합한 배향막 코팅용액을 회전속도는 50rpm 내지 5,000rpm로, 회전시간은 10초 내지 500초로 하는 연속 회전식 코팅기를 이용하여 편광필름에 부착된 A플레이트 위에 스핀 코팅한 후, 건조 및 자외선 경화하여 배향막을 형성하는 배향막 형성단계;(b) 상기 단계에서 형성된 배향막을 수평방향으로 러빙 처리하는 러빙단계; 및(c) 상기 러빙 처리된 배향막 위에 5중량% 내지 50중량%로 네마틱 액정이 혼합된 액정 코팅용액을 회전속도는 50rpm 내지 6,000rpm로, 회전시간은 10초 내지 600초로 하는 연속 회전식 코팅기를 이용하여 스핀 코팅한 후, 건조 및 자외선 경화하여 액정층을 형성하는 액정층 형성단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 A플레이트는 폴리카보네이트 필름, 씨클로 올레핀 계열의 필름, 폴리메틸메타 아크릴레이트 필름 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이 용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (a)단계에서 배향막 수지는 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 다관능 아크릴레이트 수지, 다관능 메타아크릴레이트, 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 에폭시 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 아크릴레이트 수지 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (c)단계에서 네마틱 액정은 액정성 고분자에 광학활성 성분을 첨가한 경화형 네마틱 액정성 고분자를 사용하되, 상기 광학활성의 함량은 상기 네마틱 액정성 고분자 100중량부에 대하여 5중량부 내지 15중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 네마틱 액정성 고분자는 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타아크릴레이트, 폴리말로네이트, 폴리실록산, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르아미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리펩티드, 셀룰로스 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (a)단계의 상기 배향막 코팅용액의 점도는 1cps 내지 500cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (c)단계의 상기 액정 코팅용액의 점도는 1cps 내지 600cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (a)단계에서 형성된 배향막은 그 두께가 0.01㎛ 내지 5㎛로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (c)단계에서 형성된 액정층은 그 두께가 0.01㎛ 내지 40㎛로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (c)단계에서 사용되는 용매는 클로로폼, 디클로로에탄, 테트라클로로에탄, 트리클로로에틸렌, 테트라클로로에틸렌, O-디클로로벤젠의 할로겐화 탄화수소, 이들과 페놀류와의 혼합용매, 켄톤류, 에테르류, 디메틸폼아미드, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸설폭시드, N-메틸필롤리돈, 설폴란, 씨클로헥사논, 자일렌, 톨루엔 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상필름의 제조방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 네마틱 액정을 이용한 VA용 보상 광학소자.
