(1) 장척 기재에 광 배향막 형성용 조성물을 연속적으로 도포하여, 상기 장척 기재 상에 제1 도포막을 형성하는 공정
(2) 상기 제1 도포막을 건조함으로써 제1 건조 피막을 형성하는 공정
(3) 상기 제1 건조 피막에, 상기 장척 기재의 장척 방향에 대하여 비스듬한 방향의 편광을, 편광의 편광축의 방향과 장척 기재의 두께 방향이 직교하도록 조사함으로써, 배향 규제력의 방향이 장척 기재의 장척 방향에 대하여 비스듬한 장척 광 배향막을 형성하는 공정
(4) 상기 장척 광 배향막 상에, 중합성 액정 화합물을 포함하는 액정 경화막 형성용 조성물을 연속적으로 도포하여, 상기 장척 광 배향막 상에 제2 도포막을 형성하는 공정
(5) 상기 제2 도포막을 건조함으로써 제2 건조 피막을 형성하는 공정
(6) 상기 제2 건조 피막을 경화함으로써 장척 위상차막을 형성하는 공정
(8) 장척 위상차막에 장척 편광 필름을 접합하는 공정. - 제6항에 있어서, 공정 (8) 후에 공정 (9)를 더 갖는, 장척 원편광판의 제조 방법:
(9) 장척 기재, 또는 장척 기재 및 장척 광 배향막을 박리하는 공정. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 공정 (8) 또는 공정 (9) 후에 공정 (10)을 더 갖는, 장척 원편광판의 제조 방법:
(10) 장척 원편광판을 시트상으로 절단하는 공정 - 제4항에 기재된 장척 위상차 필름과 장척 편광 필름이 적층되어 있는 장척 원편광판.
