Claims (11)
- 하기 수학식 (A-1) 내지 (A-3)을 만족시키는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름이며, 적어도 연신 방향에 대하여 부의 복굴절(negative refractive index)을 나타내고, 하기 화학식 1a 또는 2a로 표시되는 아크릴 중합체 및 수 평균 분자량이 300 이상 2000 미만인 방향족 말단 폴리에스테르를 셀룰로오스 에스테르에 대하여 총량으로 1 내지 60질량%, 아크릴 중합체:폴리에스테르=1:3.6 내지 27.5:1로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름.(A-1) 20≤Ro≤100(A-2) 70≤Rt≤200(A-3) 0.82≤Ro(480)/Ro(630)≤0.95여기서, Ro=(nx-ny)×dRt=((nx+ny)/2-nz)×d(식 중, nx는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 면내의 지상축 방향의 굴절률을, ny는 면내에서 지상축에 직교하는 방향의 굴절률을, nz는 두께 방향의 굴절률을, d는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 두께(nm)를 각각 나타내고, 파장은 590nm이고, Ro(480), Ro(630)은 각각 파장 480nm, 630nm에서의 Ro를 나타낸다)<화학식 1a><화학식 2a>(식 중, R1, R3, R5는 H 또는 CH3을 나타내고, R2, R6은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기, 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, R4는 -CH2-, -C2H4- 또는 -C3H6-을 나타내고, Xc는 Xa, Xb에 중합 가능한 단량체 단위를 나타내고, Yb는 Ya에 공중합 가능한 단량체 단위를 나타내고, m, n, k, p 및 q는 몰 조성비를 나타내되, 단 m≠0, n≠0, k≠0, m+n+p=100, k+q=100이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가 상기 화학식 1a로 표시되고 중량 평균 분자량 5000 이상 30000 이하인 중합체 X, 또는 상기 화학식 2a로 표시되고 중량 평균 분자량 500 이상 3000 이하인 중합체 Y를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가 상기 중합체 X 및 상기 중합체 Y를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수 평균 분자량이 300 이상 2000 미만인 방향족 말단 폴리에스테르가 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름.<화학식 3>B-(G-A)n-G-B(식 중, B는 방향환을 갖는 모노카르복실산 잔기, G는 탄소수 2 내지 12의 알킬렌글리콜 잔기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴글리콜 잔기 또는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 옥시알킬렌글리콜 잔기, A는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 알킬렌디카르복실산 잔기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴디카르복실산 잔기를 나타내고, 또한 n은 1 이상의 정수를 나타낸다)
- 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 부의 복굴절을 나타내고 하기 화학식 1a 또는 2a로 표시되는 아크릴 중합체, 수 평균 분자량이 300 이상 2000 미만인 방향족 말단 폴리에스테르 및 첨가제를 용제에 용해시켜 도프를 제조하는 공정, 도프를 무한히 이행하는 무단의 금속 지지체 상에 유연하는 공정, 유연한 도프를 웹으로서 건조하는 공정, 건조한 웹을 금속 지지체로부터 박리하는 공정, 박리한 웹을 연신 또는 폭 유지하는 공정, 추가로 건조하는 공정, 마무리된 필름을 권취하는 공정을 갖는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 제조 방법이며, 상기 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름이 하기 수학식 (A-1) 내지 (A-3)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.(A-1) 20≤Ro≤100(A-2) 70≤Rt≤200(A-3) 0.82≤Ro(480)/Ro(630)≤0.95여기서, Ro=(nx-ny)×dRt=((nx+ny)/2-nz)×d(식 중, nx는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 면내의 지상축 방향의 굴절률을, ny는 면내에서 지상축에 직교하는 방향의 굴절률을, nz는 두께 방향의 굴절률을, d는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 두께(nm)를 각각 나타내고, 파장은 590nm이고, Ro(480), Ro(630)은 각각 파장 480nm, 630nm에서의 Ro를 나타낸다)<화학식 1a><화학식 2a>(식 중, R1, R3, R5는 H 또는 CH3을 나타내고, R2, R6은 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기, 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, R4는 -CH2-, -C2H4- 또는 -C3H6-을 나타내고, Xc는 Xa, Xb에 중합 가능한 단량체 단위를 나타내고, Yb는 Ya에 공중합 가능한 단량체 단위를 나타내고, m, n, k, p 및 q는 몰 조성비를 나타내되, 단 m≠0, n≠0, k≠0, m+n+p=100, k+q=100이다)
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가, 상기 화학식 1a로 표시되고 중량 평균 분자량 5000 이상 30000 이하인 중합체 X, 또는 상기 화학식 2a로 표시되고 중량 평균 분자량 500 이상 3000 이하인 중합체 Y를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체가 상기 중합체 X 및 상기 중합체 Y를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.

- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수 평균 분자량이 300 이상 2000 미만인 방향족 말단 폴리에스테르가, 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.<화학식 3>B-(G-A)n-G-B(식 중, B는 방향환을 갖는 모노카르복실산 잔기, G는 탄소수 2 내지 12의 알킬렌글리콜 잔기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴글리콜 잔기 또는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 옥시알킬렌글리콜 잔기, A는 탄소수 4 내지 12의 알킬렌디카르복실산 잔기 또는 탄소수 6 내지 12의 아릴디카르복실산 잔기를 나타내고, 또한 n은 1 이상의 정수를 나타낸다)
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도프가, 상기 아크릴 중합체와 상기 폴리에스테르를 셀룰로오스 에스테르에 대하여 총량으로 1 내지 60질량%, 아크릴 중합체:폴리에스테르=1:3.6 내지 27.5:1로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
