Claims (5)
- 表面および0.05mmから1.3mmの範囲の厚さtを有するガラスであって、
前記ガラス中において前記表面から層深さDOLまで広がる、圧縮応力下の第一領域であって、前記圧縮応力CSが、前記表面において最大値CS1を有し、かつ前記表面からの距離dにより変わり、前記圧縮応力CSは少なくとも400MPaの最大圧縮応力CS 1 を有し、前記層深さDOLは少なくとも50μmである、第一領域と、
前記層深さから前記ガラス中へと広がる、引張応力CT下の第二領域であって、ここで当該第二領域について三角近似によって決定された値CT C は[(CS 1 ・DOL)/(t-2・DOL)]に等しく、CT C はMPaで表されるとともに、-37.6ln(t)(MPa)+48.7(MPa)より大きい、第二領域と
