Claims (10)
- 表面および厚さtを有するガラスであって、
前記ガラス中において前記表面から層深さDOLまで広がる、圧縮応力下の第一領域であって、前記圧縮応力CSが、前記表面において最大値CS1を有し、かつ相補誤差関数以外の関数に従って前記表面からの距離dにより変わる、第一領域と、
前記層深さから前記ガラス中へと広がる、引張応力CT下の第二領域と
を含むガラス。 - 前記第一領域が、
a.前記表面から第一深さd1まで広がる第一セグメントであって、前記深さd1が前記層深さDOL未満であり、前記圧縮応力CSが第一関数に従って変わる、第一セグメントと、
b.前記第一深さd1から前記層深さDOLまで広がる第二セグメントであって、前記圧縮応力CSが第二関数に従って変わり、前記第一関数が前記第二関数とは異なる、第二セグメントと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のガラス。 - 前記第一関数が第一相補誤差関数である、請求項2に記載のガラス。
- 前記第二関数が第二相補誤差関数または拡散テールである、請求項2または3に記載のガラス。
- 前記圧縮応力が前記第二セグメント中に極大CS2を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- CS1>CS2である、請求項5に記載のガラス。
- MPaで表される前記引張応力CTが、−36.71n(t)(MPa)+48.7(MPa)以上である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスがアルカリアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- 前記最大圧縮応力CS1が少なくとも約400MPaである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガラス。
- ガラス内において該ガラスの表面から層深さまで広がる層中に圧縮応力を有するガラスを提供する方法であって、
前記ガラスを、第一カチオンを含む塩でイオン交換することにより第一圧縮応力および第一層深さを作り出す工程であって、前記第一圧縮応力が相補誤差関数に従って前記ガラス内において距離により変わる、工程と、
前記ガラスを前記ガラスの歪点より低い温度で加熱することにより、前記ガラス内の応力を緩和し、前記第一カチオンを前記ガラス中へとより深く拡散させる工程と
前記ガラスを、前記第一カチオンを含む塩で再イオン交換することにより前記表面において第二圧縮応力を作り出す工程であって、前記第二圧縮応力が前記相補誤差関数以外の関数に従って距離により変わる、工程と
を含む方法。
