Abstract
Description
도 2는 410℃에서 8시간 동안 KNO3 염 욕조에서 이온-교환 후 유리 조성물에 함유된 알칼리 산화물의 농도의 함수 (x-축)에 따른 유리 조성물의 압축 응력 (y-축)을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 유리 조성물에서 CaO에 대한 ZnO의 치환의 함수 (x-축)에 따른 410℃에서 8시간 동안 KNO3 염 욕조에서 이온-교환 후 유리 조성물의 층의 깊이 및 평균 열팽창계수 (y-축)를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (29)
- 65 mol.% 내지 70 mol.% SiO2;
9 mol.% 내지 14 mol.% Al2O3;
0 mol.% 내지 11 mol.% B2O3;
5 mol.% 내지 10 mol.% 미만 알칼리 산화물 R2O를 포함하고, 여기서 R은 Li, Na, 및 K 중 적어도 하나임; 및
7 mol.% 내지 11 mol.%의 이가 산화물 MO를 포함하고, 여기서 M은 Mg, Ca, Ba, SrO 및 Zn 중 적어도 하나이며, 여기서 상기 유리 조성물로부터 형성된 유리의 평균 열팽창계수는 55x10-7/℃ 이하이고, 상기 유리 조성물에서 압축 응력은 410℃의 100% KNO3 염 욕조에서 8시간 동안 이온-교환 후 400 MPa 이상이며, 액상 점도는 35 kPoise 이상인, 유리 조성물. - 제1 유리 클래딩 층 및 제2 유리 클래딩 층 사이에 배치된 유리 코어 층을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 제1 유리 클래딩 층 및 제2 유리 클래딩 층은:

6 mol.% 내지 9 mol.% 미만의 알칼리 산화물 R2O를 포함하고, 여기서 R은 Li, Na, 및 K 중 적어도 하나이고; 및
7 mol.% 내지 10 mol.%의 이가 산화물 MO를 포함하고, 여기서 M은 Mg, Ca, 및 Zn 중 적어도 하나인, 유리 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,

상기 유리 조성물은 이온-교환 강화된 유리 조성물. - 청구항 2 또는 3에 있어서,
상기 유리 코어 층은 평균 코어 열팽창계수 CTE코어를 가지며; 그리고
상기 제1 유리 클래딩 층 및 제2 유리 클래딩 층은 평균 코어 열팽창계수 CTE코어 미만인 평균 클래딩 열팽창계수 CTE클래드를 갖는 유리 제품. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
