Claims (30)
- スラリーを基板に塗布するための装置であって、
スラリーの層を支持するために配置される分配表面と、
該分配表面に近接して配置され、分配表面から基板にスラリーをスパッタリングするように移動可能に構成されたスパッタリング手段と、
前記分配表面の上流でスラリーを継続的に流動させる循環手段と、
前記分配表面の上流で、スラリーの流れを中断せずに、分配表面から基板へのスラリーの流れを選択的に変更するか、または中断する調節手段と
を含んでいる装置であって、
前記調節手段が、可変可能な断面流動面積の中間隙間スペースを形成するために、選択的に移動自在の一対のバリア要素を含んでおり、これにより各バリア要素間の分配表面に対するスラリーの流量の調節を前記分配表面に対して選択的に許容することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記調節手段の上流にスラリーを収納するための容器をさらに含んでなる請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記容器が、供給源からスラリーを通す入口と前記調節手段と関連する出口を含んでいる請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記バリア要素が、近接した形態において、前記容器と分配表面とのあいだの流れを遮断するよう構成されてなる請求項3記載の装置。

- さらに前記分配ドラムを支持するフレーム本体と前記計測ローラを取り付ける第1サブフレームを含んでおり、該第1サブフレームが第2軸に平行で、かつ離れたところの第3軸の回りに回転自在にされており、それらの平行な方向を維持しながら前記分配ドラムに向かったりまたは離れるように前記計測ローラを調節自在に移動する請求項9記載の装置。
- 互いに向かうまたは離れるように前記計測ローラと分配ドラムを調節して移動させるために、前記フレーム本体と第1サブフレームとのあいだに延設する第1アクチュエータ手段をさらに含む請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記第1アクチュエータ手段が圧縮空気または油圧シリンダーを含んでなる請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記スパッタリング手段が、第4軸の回りに回転自在な円筒体から半径方向外側に伸びるブリストル形状の弾性で柔軟な複数の細長いスパッタリング要素を含んでなる請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スパッタリング手段が、ブリストルが分配表面に接触するように位置決め可能であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 請求項10に従属する場合において、前記第4軸が前記第1、第2および第3軸に一般的に平行である請求項13または14記載の装置。
- 前記円筒体とスパッタリング要素とが一緒にスパッタリングローラを構成する請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記スパッタリングローラが、分配ドラムに向かうまたは離れるように移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。
- 前記スパッタリングローラが取り付けられる第2サブフレームをさらに含んでおり、該第2サブフレームが実質的に前記第4軸に平行で、かつ該第4軸から隔てたところに位置する第5軸の回りに回転自在にされている請求項16または17記載の装置。
- 前記第2アクチュエータ手段が、調節手段の一部として前記スパッタリングプロセスの変更や中断を選択できるように、前記分配ドラムに向かってまたは離れるように前記スパッタリングローラの調節可能な移動を単独で達成させるために、前記フレーム本体と第2サブフレームとのあいだに延設されている請求項18記載の装置。
- 前記第2アクチュエータ手段が圧縮空気または油圧シリンダーを含んでなる請求項19記載の装置。
- 前記スラリーの供給を収納するタンクと該タンクから前記容器に入口を通してスラリーを配送する配送導管とをさらに含んでなる請求項8〜20のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記容器が前記分配ドラムと計測ローラの真上に配置されるタンクにより形成されてなる請求項21記載の装置。
- 前記循環手段が、タンクから中間隙間スペースを通り、タンクに戻る循環流路を含む請求項22記載の装置。
- 前記循環流路が継続的にスラリーを循環させることを特徴とする請求項23記載の装置。
- 前記循環手段が、あふれたスラリーを捕捉し、該あふれたスラリーを前記タンクに戻すように構成されたオーバーフロー溜りを含む請求項23または24記載の装置。
- 前記容器が調節ローラ間に形成される封じ込め領域からなる請求項21記載の装置。
- 前記封じ込め領域が前記分配ローラ上に配置される計測ローラとともに、前記分配ドラムと接近するアイドラーローラとのあいだに形成されてなる請求項26記載の装置。
- シリカ、セメント、水および随意的に他の添加物の混合から形成されるセメント質のスラリーと共に使用するために適応される請求項1〜27のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記セメント質のスラリーが50%と約90%のあいだの固形分を有する自己均一性の脱水可能なスラリーである請求項28記載の装置。
- 前記スラリーが、下にある基板を介してスラリーの脱水を可能にするために、充分な量の脱水補助剤を含む請求項29記載の装置。
