Ich finde den Pudel durchaus humorvoll, ein Kriterium, das den BGH seinerzeit bewog, in "Lila-Postkarte" andersherum zu entscheiden. Verkauft Puma nun weniger überteuerte T-Shorts? An den Schulen lassen sich die sozialen Folgekosten von "Markenwahn" gut beobachten. Die Freiheit, bekannte Marken veräppeln zu dürfen, auch zu kommerziellen Zwecken, sollte selbstverständlich sein.

Aber da die faulen BGH-Richter wie üblich noch keine Begründung geschrieben haben, muss man erst einmal abwarten.
