Claims (11)
- フェイスリフティング、光老化組織の処置、または汗腺の処置から選択された非侵襲性の組織処置のために構成された超音波システムであって、
皮膚表面下の深度における治療のために構成されたプローブシステムであって、前記プローブシステムは、
フェイスリフティングのための組織の収縮を引き起こすことを目的として、または、光老化組織または汗腺の処置のために組織のアブレーションを引き起こすことを目的として、超音波エネルギーの導入により、前記皮膚表面下の0〜15mmの範囲内の深度における前記皮膚表面下の皮下組織を含む関心領域において少なくとも十分な温度で熱損傷を形成するように構成された治療要素と、
前記皮下組織中に前記深度において複数の熱損傷を形成する前記治療要素の機械的運動のために構成された運動機構と、
制御インターフェースと
を含む、プローブシステムと、
前記制御インターフェースに結合された制御システムと
を含む、超音波システム。 - フェイスリフティング、光老化組織の処置、または汗腺の処置から選択された非侵襲性の組織処置のために構成された超音波システムであって、

前記プローブシステムは、運動機構に連結された治療要素を含み、
前記治療要素は、皮膚表面下で、フェイスリフティングのための組織の収縮、または、光老化組織または汗腺の処置のための組織のアブレーションを引き起こすために十分な温度で熱損傷を形成するための超音波エネルギーの導入のために構成されており、
前記運動機構は、前記組織の前記収縮またはアブレーションを引き起こすために前記組織中に複数の熱損傷を形成するための前記治療要素の機械的運動のために構成されている、超音波システム。 - 前記治療要素は、脂腺、筋膜層、脂肪、汗腺、およびSMAS層のうちの少なくとも1つの一部分を含む前記組織の前記収縮またはアブレーションを引き起こすための前記超音波エネルギーの前記導入のために構成されている、請求項1または2に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記治療要素は、脂腺、筋膜層、脂肪、汗腺、およびSMAS層のうちの2つ以上を含む前記組織の前記収縮またはアブレーションを引き起こすための前記超音波エネルギーの前記導入のために構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記治療要素は、フェイスリフティングのために2MHz〜25MHzの処置周波数における前記超音波エネルギーを導入するように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記熱損傷は、フェイスリフティングのために前記皮膚表面下の3mm〜9mmの範囲内に形成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記運動機構は、前記皮下組織中に前記複数の熱損傷を形成する前記治療要素の制御可能な線形運動をさらに含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記プローブシステムは、画像化要素および前記治療要素を含む少なくとも1つの結合トランスデューサを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記プローブシステムは、少なくとも1つの画像化要素を含み、前記少なくとも1つの画像化要素は、2MHz〜75MHzの超音波周波数で画像化するように構成されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システム。
- 前記システムは、フェイスリフト、光老化組織の処置、および汗腺の処置のうちの1つ以上のために構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システム。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の超音波システムを含む皮膚の非侵襲性の美容処置のためのシステム。
