Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 모터의 회전을 제어하는 수평구동부;상기 수평구동부와 로드(rod)를 통해 결합되어 상기 수평구동부를 수직방향으로 구동하는 수직구동부;상기 수평구동부의 양측면 외부로 일정한 거리가 이격되어 평행하게 돌출된 적어도 2개씩의 나선축(screw shaft);상기 수평구동부의 모터 회전에 의해 구동되며, 상기 나선축에 일측 끝단이 지지되고, 상기 나선축과 직교하는 일측 방향으로 연장되는 한 쌍의 로봇 암;상기 적어도 2개씩의 나선축에 결합되어 상기 적어도 2개씩의 나선축을 따라 서로 멀어지는 방향 또는 서로 가까워지는 방향으로 구동되고, 상기 한 쌍의 로봇 암과 결합되는 지지대;상기 적어도 2개씩의 나선축의 끝단에 각각 구비되되, 상기 나선축의 끝단이 서로 연결되도록 형성되어 상기 나선축의 요동을 방지하는 스토퍼; 및상기 로봇 암의 길이 방향을 따라 일정하게 이격되도록 상기 로봇 암의 타측 끝단에 결합된 적어도 2개씩의 클램핑부를 포함하는 액정 패널의 이송장치.
