Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 대향하는 두 기판 사이에 액정층이 구비되고 두 기판 중 어느 하나의 기판이 연장되어 패드부를 구성하는 액정패널에 산재된 칩을 제거하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치에 있어서,상기 액정패널의 기판 표면에 닿아 기판 표면의 칩을 제거하는 브러쉬;상기 액정패널의 패드부에 닿아 패드부의 칩을 제거하는 적어도 하나 이상의 패드부 세정용 브러쉬;상기 브러쉬 및 패드부 세정용 브러쉬를 지지함과 동시에 회전시키는 지지대;상기 지지대에 회전력을 제공하는 구동모터를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬와 패드부 세정용 브러쉬는 서로 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패드부 세정용 브러쉬는 상기 지지대를 축으로 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패드부 세정용 브러쉬는 상기 패드부만큼의 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 세정장치는 액정패널 하측에 설치되어 액정패널을 일방향으로 이동시키는 반송롤러를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패드부 세정용 브러쉬를 고정하는 고정대를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 지지대와 고정대는 분리 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정패널 제작용 세정장치.
