Claims (20)
- 정극, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 및 이 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물보다 높은 전위에서 Li를 흡장하는 리튬 흡장 물질을 이하의 수학식 1에 나타내는 범위의 중량비로 함유하는 부극, 및 비수 전해질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.[수학식 1]3≤(A/B)≤100식 중, A는 상기 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물의 중량(중량부)이고, B는 상기 리튬 흡장 물질의 중량(중량부)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 흡장 물질이 Li 흡장 전위가 1.8V(vs. Li/Li+) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 흡장 물질이 망간계 산화물, 몰리브덴계 산화물, 바나듐계 산화물, 니오브계 산화물, 티탄계 산화물, 및 구리계 산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 흡장 물질이 조성식 LixMnO2(0≤x≤ 3)로 표시되는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물이 스피넬형 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부극이 도전제 및 결착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정극이 리튬 니켈 함유 복합 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정극이 조성식 LiaNibCocMndO2(0≤a≤1.1, 0.1≤b≤0.5, 0≤c≤0.9, 0.1≤d≤0.5)로 표시되는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전지 전압을 검지할 수 있는 보호 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수학식 1에 나타낸 중량비(A/B)가 3∼20인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 정극, 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물 및 이 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물보다 높은 전위에서 Li를 흡장하는 리튬 흡장 물질을 이하의 수학식 1에 나타내는 범위의 중량비로 함유하는 부극, 및 비수 전해질을 포함하는 비수 전해질 전지의 조전지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.[수학식 1]3≤(A/B)≤100식 중, A는 상기 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물의 중량(중량부)이고, B는 상기 리튬 흡장 물질의 중량(중량부)이다.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 흡장 물질이 Li 흡장 전위가 1.8V(vs. Li/Li+) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 전지.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 흡장 물질이 망간계 산화물, 몰리브덴계 산화물, 바나듐계 산화물, 니오브계 산화물, 티탄계 산화물, 및 구리계 산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 흡장 물질이 조성식 LixMnO2(0≤x ≤3)로 표시되는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 티탄 복합 산화물이 스피넬형 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 부극이 도전제 및 결착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 정극이 리튬 니켈 함유 복합 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 정극이 조성식 LiaNibCocMndO2(0≤a≤1.1, 0.1≤b≤0.5, 0≤c≤0.9, 0.1≤d≤0.5)로 표시되는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 전지 전압을 검지할 수 있는 보호 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 제11항에 기재된 전지 팩을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
