Claims (15)
- 화상 표시 영역에 분산 배치되어 주사 신호를 전송하는 복수의 주사 배선과,상기 화상 표시 영역에 상기 복수의 주사 배선과 교차 배치되어 신호 전압을 전송하는 복수의 신호 배선과,상기 각 주사 배선과 상기 각 신호 배선으로 둘러싸인 화소 영역에 각각 배치되어 공통 전원에 접속된 복수의 전류 구동형 전기 광학 표시 소자와,상기 각 전기 광학 표시 소자와 직렬 접속되어 상기 공통 전원에 접속되고 바이어스 전압의 인가에 의해 상기 각 전기 광학 표시 소자를 표시 구동하는 복수의 구동 소자와,상기 주사 신호에 응답하여 상기 신호 전압을 유지하고, 상기 유지한 신호 전압에 기초하여 상기 각 구동 소자의 구동을 제어하는 복수의 메모리 제어 회로를 포함하고,상기 각 메모리 제어 회로는, 상기 주사 신호에 의해 도통하여 상기 신호 전압을 샘플링하는 주 샘플링 스위치 소자와, 상기 주 샘플링 스위치 소자에 의해 샘플링된 신호 전압을 유지하는 샘플링 용량과, 상기 주사 신호에 의해 도통하여 상기 샘플링 용량의 한쪽 단자를 공통 전극에 접속하는 보조 샘플링 스위치 소자와, 상기 샘플링 용량의 한쪽 단자와 상기 구동 소자의 한쪽의 바이어스 전압 인가용 전극에 접속되고 상기 주사 신호의 극성 반전 시에 도통하는 주 구동 스위치 소자와, 상기 샘플링 용량의 다른 쪽 단자와 상기 구동 소자의 다른 쪽의 바이어스 전압 인가용 전극에 접속되고 상기 주사 신호의 극성 반전 시에 도통하는 보조 구동 스위치 소자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 구동 소자는 p형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되고, 상기 각 주 샘플링 스위치 소자와 각 보조 샘플링 스위치 소자는 n형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되며, 상기 각 주 구동 스위치 소자와 각 보조 구동 스위치 소자는 p형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 주사 배선과 병행 배치되어 상기 주사 신호와는 반대 극성의 반전 주사 신호를 전송하는 복수의 반전 주사 배선을 포함하고,상기 각 메모리 제어 회로는, 상기 주사 신호에 의해 도통하여 상기 신호 전압을 샘플링하는 주 샘플링 스위치 소자와, 상기 주 샘플링 스위치 소자에 의해 샘플링된 신호 전압을 유지하는 샘플링 용량과, 상기 주사 신호에 의해 도통하여 상기 샘플링 용량의 한쪽 단자를 공통 전극에 접속하는 보조 샘플링 스위치 소자와, 상기 샘플링 용량의 한쪽 단자와 상기 구동 소자의 한쪽의 바이어스 전압 인가용 전극에 접속되고 상기 반전 주사 신호에 의해 도통하는 주 구동 스위치 소자와, 상기 샘플링 용량의 다른 쪽 단자와 상기 구동 소자의 다른 쪽의 바이어스 전압 인가용 전극에 접속되고 상기 반전 주사 신호에 의해 도통하는 보조 구동 스위치 소자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 각 구동 소자는 n형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되고, 상기 각 주 샘플링 스위치 소자와 각 보조 샘플링 스위치 소자는 n형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되며, 상기 각 주 구동 스위치 소자와 각 보조 구동 스위치 소자는 n형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 화상 표시 영역에 분산 배치되어 주사 신호를 전송하는 복수의 주사 배선과,상기 화상 표시 영역에 상기 복수의 주사 배선과 교차 배치되어 신호 전압을 전송하는 복수의 신호 배선과,상기 각 주사 배선과 상기 각 신호 배선으로 둘러싸인 화소 영역에 각각 배치되어 공통 전원에 접속된 복수의 전류 구동형 전기 광학 표시 소자와,상기 각 전기 광학 표시 소자와 직렬 접속되어 상기 공통 전원에 접속되고 바이어스 전압의 인가에 의해 상기 각 전기 광학 표시 소자를 표시 구동하는 복수의 구동 소자와,상기 주사 신호에 응답하여 상기 신호 전압을 유지하고, 상기 유지한 신호 전압에 기초하여 상기 각 구동 소자의 구동을 제어하는 복수의 메모리 제어 회로를 포함하고,상기 각 주사 배선과 병행 배치되어 상기 주사 신호와는 반대 극성의 반전 주사 신호를 전송하는 복수의 반전 주사 배선을 포함하며,상기 각 메모리 제어 회로는, 상기 주사 신호에 의해 도통하여 상기 신호 전압을 샘플링하는 주 샘플링 스위치 소자와, 상기 주 샘플링 스위치 소자에 의해 샘플링된 신호 전압을 유지하는 샘플링 용량과, 상기 주사 신호에 의해 도통하여 상기 샘플링 용량의 한쪽 단자를 공통 전극에 접속하는 보조 샘플링 스위치 소자와, 상기 샘플링 용량의 한쪽 단자와 상기 구동 소자의 한쪽의 바이어스 전압 인가용 전극에 접속되고 상기 반전 주사 신호에 의해 도통하는 주 구동 스위치 소자로 구성되고, 상기 각 샘플링 용량의 다른 쪽 단자를 상기 각 구동 소자의 다른 쪽의 바이어스 전압 인가용 전극에 접속하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 각 구동 소자는 n형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되고, 상기 각 주 샘플링 스위치 소자와 각 보조 샘플링 스위치 소자는 n형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되며, 상기 각 주 구동 스위치 소자는 n형 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
