Claims (12)
- 기판 상에 구비된 제1 화소 및 제2 화소;
상기 제1 화소 내에 구비되며 소스 전극을 포함하는 구동 박막 트랜지스터;
상기 제2 화소 내에 구비되며 제1 전극을 포함하는 유기 발광 다이오드;
상기 제2 화소 내의 제1 전극과 연결되며 상기 제1 화소 내의 상기 소스 전극과 중첩되면서 상기 소스 전극 위로 연장되어 있는 리페어 라인;
상기 리페어 라인과 오버랩되는 상부 게이트 전극; 및
상기 상부 게이트 전극과 상기 리페어 라인 사이에 구비된 절연층을 포함하여 이루어진 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절연층은 컬러 필터층으로 이루어진 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 컬러 필터층은 상기 유기 발광 다이오드의 제1 전극 아래에 추가로 구비되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 컬러 필터층은 상기 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극과는 오버랩되지 않는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구동 박막 트랜지스터는 제2 게이트 전극과 제2 상부 게이트 전극을 추가로 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 제2 상부 게이트 전극과 상기 리페어 라인은 보호막 상에서 서로 이격되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극의 상면 및 상기 리페어 라인의 하면은 무기 절연물로 이루어진 보호막과 접촉하는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 리페어 라인과 상기 제1 전극은 동일한 물질로 동일한 층에서 서로 일체로 되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상부 게이트 전극은 그 아래에 구비된 하부 게이트 전극과 전기적으로 연결되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 하부 게이트 전극은 상기 리페어 라인과 교차하는 센싱 제어 라인으로 이루어진 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 기판 상에 제1 방향으로 차례로 배열된 제1 게이트 라인, 제1 센싱 제어 라인, 제2 게이트 라인, 및 제2 센싱 제어 라인;
상기 기판 상에 제2 방향으로 차례로 배열된 제1 전원 라인, 제1 데이터 라인, 제2 데이터 라인, 기준 라인, 제3 데이터 라인, 제4 데이터 라인, 및 제2 전원 라인;
상기 제1 게이트 라인 및 상기 제1 데이터 라인과 각각 연결된 제1 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 전원라인과 연결된 제1 구동 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 센싱 제어 라인과 연결된 제1 센싱 박막 트랜지스터, 및 상기 제1 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극과 연결된 제1 유기 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 제1 화소;
상기 제2 게이트 라인 및 상기 제1 데이터 라인과 각각 연결된 제2 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 전원라인과 연결된 제2 구동 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 제2 센싱 제어 라인과 연결된 제2 센싱 박막 트랜지스터, 및 상기 제2 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극과 연결된 제1 전극을 구비한 제2 유기 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 제2 화소; 및
상기 제2 화소에 구비된 제1 전극과 연결되며 상기 제1 화소에 구비된 제1 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극 위로 연장되어 있는 리페어 라인을 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 제1 화소에 구비된 제1 센싱 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 리페어 라인과 오버랩되는 상부 게이트 전극을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 상부 게이트 전극과 상기 리페어 라인 사이에는 절연층이 구비되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제1 센싱 박막 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 센싱 박막 트랜지스터는 각각 기준 연결 라인을 통해서 상기 기준 라인과 연결되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제1 게이트 라인 및 상기 제2 데이터 라인과 각각 연결된 제3 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터, 전원 연결 라인을 통해서 상기 제1 전원라인과 연결된 제3 구동 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 센싱 제어 라인과 연결된 제3 센싱 박막 트랜지스터, 및 상기 제3 구동 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극과 연결된 제3 유기 발광 다이오드를 포함하는 제3 화소를 추가로 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
