Claims (25)
- PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Postopek za pripravo peroksidnih perfluoropolietrov, ki vsebujejo perfluoroalkilenoksi enote s formulama (CF2-CF20) in (CF20), označen s tem, da obsega presnovo tetrafluoroetilena s kisikom v topilu pri temperaturi, ki ne presega 50°C, in v prisotnosti ene ali več spojin, ki imajo eno ali več F-X vezi, pri čemer je X izbran iz skupine, ki sestoji iz F, O in Q, pri čemer spojine, ki imajo eno ali več F-O vezi, izberemo izmed organskih spojin, ki vsebujejo eno ali več fluoroksi skupin.
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da obstajajo spojine z eno ali več F-O vezmi iz perhalogeniranih alkilnih ali alkilenskih spojin, katerih atomi halogenov so atomi fluora ali fluora in klora, katere vsebujejo eno ali več fluoroksi skupin in v danem primeru enega ali več heteroatomov.
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, označen s tem, da je eden ali več heteroatomov etrski atom kisika.
- 4. Postopek po zahtevku 2 ali 3, označen s tem, da je perhalogenirana alkilna ali alkilenska spojina, ki vsebuje eno ali več fluoroksi skupin in v danem primeru enega ali več heteroatomov, perfluorirana spojina.
- 5. Postopek po zahtevku 2 ali 3, označen s tem, da je perhalogenirana alkilna ali alkilenska spojina, ki vsebuje eno ali več fluoroksi skupin in v danem primeru enega ali več heteroatomov, spojina, katere atomi halogenov obstajajo iz fluora in klora in katere število atomov klora je v območju 1 do 10.
- 6. Postopek po zahtevku 3, označen s tem, da je število etrskih atomov kisika v območju od 1 do 100.
- 7. Postopek po zahtevku 6, označen s tem, da je število etrskih atomov kisika v območju 1 do 10.
- 8. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je v primeru, ko je X fluor, spojina z eno ali več vezmi F-X spojina F2. j
- 9. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je v primeru, ko je X klor, spojina z eno ali več vezmi F-X klorov fluorid.
- 10. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da je spojina ali spojine z eno ali več vezmi F-X, izbrana iz skupine, ki sestoji iz: 1) F2; 2) R5-OF, kjer je R5 perfluoroalkilni ostanek (ki vsebuje atome fluora ali tak, ki vsebuje atome fluora in 1 do 5 atomov klora) in ki vsebuje 1 do 10 atomov ogljika; 3'> R6-0—(R70)n(CF)— CF2OF D v kateri: D predstavlja F ali CF3; t je nič ali 1; R6 je perfluoroalkilni ostanek ali perhaloalkilni ostanek, ki vsebuje atome fluora in atom klora ter enega do 3 atome ogljika; R7 predstavlja enega ali več perfluoroalkilenskih ostankov, bodisi med seboj enakih ali različnih, izbranih izmed -CF2-,-CF2-CF2-in-CF2-CF- cf3 in je "n" od 0 do 50; 4) OF r8_C_r9 OF v kateri je R8 atom fluora ali perhaloalkilni ostanek, ki vsebuje atome fluora, ali atome fluora in 1 do 3 atome klora in 1 do 9 atomov ogljika; 3 R9 je fluor, R8 ali perfluoroalkilmonoetrska ali perfluoroalkilpolietrska skupina R60-(R70)n-CF2-, v kateri imajo R6, R7 in "n" zgoraj navedeni pomen; 5) F0-(R70)s-F kjer ima R7 zgoraj navedeni pomen in ima "s" vrednost 1 do 100, z omejitvijo, da ima v primeru, ko je R7 -CF2-, "s" vrednost nad 1; 6) FO-(CF2)v-OF, kjer je vrednost "v" v območju 3 do 5.
- 11. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da v tekočo fazo, ki obstaja iz topila, uvajamo plinast tok tetrafluoroetilena, plinast tok kisika in plinast ali tekoč tok spojine ali spojin z eno ali več vezmi F-X.
- 12. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da uvajamo v tekočo fazo, ki obstaja iz topila ter vsebuje eno ali več spojin z eno ali več vezmi F-X, plinast tok tetrafluoroetilena in plinast tok kisika.
- 13. Postopek po zahtevku 11 ali 12, označen s tem, da v tekočo fazo uvajamo tudi inerten plin.
- 14. Postopek po zahtevkih 1,10,11 ali 12, označen s tem, da je temperatura v območju od -120 do +50 °C.
- 15. Postopek po zahtevku 14, označen s tem, da je temperatura v območju od -100 do +20 °C.
- 16. Postopek po zahtevku 15, označen s tem, daje temperatura v območju od -100 do 0°C.
- 17. Postopek po zahtevku 11 ali 12, označen s tem, da topilo izberemo iz skupine, ki obstaja iz linearnih in cikličnih fluoroogljikovodikov, klorofluoroogljikovodikov, perfluoroaminov in perfluoriranih etrov.
- 18. Postopek po zahtevku 1, 10, 11 ali 12, označen s tem, da je parcialni tlak kisika v reaktorju v območju od 0,01 do 10 bar.
- 19. Postopek po zahtevku 18, označen s tem, da je parcialni tlak kisika v reaktorju od 0,05 do 1 bar.
- 20. Postopek po zahtevku 1, 10, 11 ali 12, označen s tem, da je celokupni tlak, pri katerem poteka reakcija, približno v območju 1 do 10 bar.
- 21. Postopek po zahtevku 11, označen s tem, da je v primeru, ko uvajamo plinast ali tekoč tok spojine ali spojin z eno ali več vezmi F-X v tekočo fazo, pretok navedene spojine ali spojin v območju 0,001 do 5 molov na uro in na liter tekoče faze.
- 22. Postopek po zahtevku 21, označen s tem, da je pretok spojine ali spojin z eno ali več vezmi F-X v območju od 0,01 do 2 mola na uro in na liter tekoče faze.
- 23. Postopek po zahtevku 12, označen s tem, da kadar tekoča faza pred sproženjem reakcije že vsebuje spojino ali spojine z eno ali več F-X vezmi, znaša molsko razmerje spojina(e) z eno ali več F-X vezmi tetrafluoroetilen od 0,01 do 0,1.
- 24. Postopek po zahtevku 13, označen s tem, da izberemo inertni plin iz skupine, ki sestoji iz dušika, argona, helija, CF4 in C2F6.
- 25. Postopek po zahtevku 1, 10, 11 ali 12, označen s tem, da izvedemo reakcijo v prisotnosti ultravijoličnega obsevanja.
