본 발명은 용매로서 자외선 방사 및 펜타플루오르에탄의 존재하에 -80℃ 내지 -50℃ 사이의 온도에서의 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 용매로서 자외선 방사 및 펜타플루오르엔탄(125)의 존재하에 -80℃ 내지 -50℃ 사이의 온도에서의 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화공정 온도가 -70℃∼50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 획득된 중합체들은 다음과 같은 일반적인 화학식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정:
    A-O-(CF2-CF2-O)P-(DF2-O)q-(O)I-B
    여기서, 말단 A 및 B는 서로 같거나 다를 수 있고, X가 사용된 전이제의 유형으로부터 유도되는 라디칼족을 표시하는 -CF3, -COF, -CF2COF, -CF2X를 포함하며; 서로 같거나 다른 p, q 및 r지수들은 정수이고, p+q(p와 q의 합)은 2에서 1000, p/q비율은 0.1∼10이고, r/(p+q)비율은 이를테면 PO가 4.5-5보다 낮은 과산화 퍼플루오르폴리에테르를 유도한다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, X는 F 또는 C1을 나타내며; p+q는 10∼400사이로 구성되며, p/q비율은 0.2∼5 사이로 구성되며; r/(p+q) 비율은 이를테면 PO가 1-3.5사이로 구성된 과산화 퍼플루오르폴리에테르를 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라플루오르에틸렌 농도는 용액 1리터당 0.005∼1몰 범위에 있고, 산소 분압은 0.1∼2atm 사이로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 과산화 퍼플루오르폴리에테르는 용매의 존재 여부에 상관없이 100∼250℃ 사이의 온도에서 열처리에 의해 또는 자외선 방사에 의해 처리되는 것을 특징으로하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  7. 제6항에있어서, 획득된 퍼플루오르폴리에테르는 퍼플루오르알킬 말단들을 지닌 퍼플루오르폴리에테르를 얻기 위하여 플루오르 치환반응 처리단계로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 획득된 퍼플루오르폴리에테르는 기능적 생성물들을 획득하기 위하여 화학적 환원과 연속적인 변환반응 단계로 제공되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 기능적 퍼플루오르폴리에테르는 카르복실산 염의 형태이고, 양 말단이 -OCF2H를 갖는 퍼플루오르폴리에테르를 얻기 위하여 수소공여체(hydrogen-donor)물질의 존재하에 탈카르복실 과정에 선택적으로 제공되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 선형 또는 가지달린 퍼플루오르알칸 혼합물에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오르알칸은 3 내지 10 탄소원자들을 지나는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오르알칸은 퍼프루오르프로판 및/또는 상기 퍼플루오르헵탄 사이에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펜타플루오르에탄과 상기 퍼플루오르화한 용매 사이의 체적비는 9 : 1과 1 : 7인 것을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 펜타플루오르에탄과 상기 퍼플루오르화한 용매 사이의 체적비는 1 : 1과 4 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하느 테트라플루오르에틸렌 산화공정.
