Claims (27)
- 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 하나이상의 화합물(여기서, X는 F,O및 Cl로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨)의 존재하에서, 50℃이하의 온도로 그리고 용매중에서 테트라플루오로에틸렌을 산소와 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 식(CF2-CF2O)의 과플루오로알킬렌옥시 단위체를 함유하는 과산화성 과플루오로폴리에테르이 제법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나이상의 F-O결합을 갖는 화합물이 하나이상의 플루오르옥시 그룹을 함유하는 유기화합물 또는 플루오르회 산소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나이상의 F-O결합을 갖는 화합물이 하나이상의 플루오르옥시 그룹 및, 임의로 하나이상의 헤테르 원자를 함유하는 과할로겐화 알킬 또는 알킬렌 화합물(여기서, 할로겐 원자를 F원자이거나 F및 Cl원자)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 헤테로 원자(둘)가 에테르 산소 원자임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3또는 4항에 있어서, 하나이상의 플루오르옥시 및 임의로 하나이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 할로겐화알킬 또는 알킬렌이 과플루오르화 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3또는 4항에 있어서, 하나이상의 플루오르옥시 및 임의로 하나이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 과할로겐화 알킬 또는 알킬렌이 헤테로원자로서 F및 Cl을 함유하며 Cl원자수는 1내지 10인 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에테르 산소 원자의 수가 1내지 100임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 에테르 산소 원자의 수가 1내지 10임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 F인 경우, 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 화합물이 F2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 Cl인 경우, 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 화합물이 플르오르화 염소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 화합물(들)이 하기의 1), 2), 3), 4), 5), 및 6)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법, 1), F2, 2)R5-OF, 사아기식에서 R5는 불소원자를 함유하거나 불소원자 및 1내지 5개의 염소 원자를 함유하는 C1-C10-과할로알킬임,상기식에서, D는 F또는 CF3를 나타내고, t는 0또는 1이고, R6는 불소원자 및 하나이상의 염소 원자를 함유하는 C1- C3-과플루오로알킬기 또는 C1-C3-과할로알킬기이고, R7은 -CF2-, -CF2-CF2-및 -CF2-로부터 선택된 서로 같거나 다른 하나이상의 과플루오로알킬렌 기를 나타내며, n은 0내지 50임,상기식에서, R8는 F원자를 함유하거나 F원자 및 1내지 3개의 Cl원자를 함유하는 C1-C9-과할로알킬 기 또는 F이고, R9는 F, R8또는 과플루오로알킬모노에테르 또는 과플루오로알킬폴리에테르 그룹 R6O-(R7O)n-CF2-(여기서, R6, R7및 n은 상기에서 정의한 바와같음)임, 5)FO-(R7O)S-F 상기식에서, R7은 상기에서 정의한 바와같으며, S은 1내지 100인데, 단 R7이 -CF2-인 경우 S는 1이상의 값을 가짐, 6)FO-(CF2)v OF상기식에서, v는 3내지 5임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매로 이루어진 액체상속으로 테트라플루오로에틸렌 기류, 산소기류 및 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 화합물(들)의 기류 또는 액체 흐름을 주입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매로 이루어지며 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 하나이상의 화합물을 함유하는 액체상속으로 테트라플루오로에틸렌 기류 및 산소 기류를 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12 또는 13항에 있어서, 불활성 기체 역시 액체상으로 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1, 11, 12 및 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도가 -120내지 +150℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 온도가 -100내지 +20℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 온도가 -100내지 0℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12및 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 선형 및 고리형 플루오르화탄화수소, 클로로플루오르화탄화수소, 과플루오로아민, 과플루오르화에테르 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1, 11, 12 및 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기중의 산소부분 압력이 0.01내지 10기압임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 반응기중의 산소 부분 압력이 0.05내지 1기압임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1, 11, 12 및 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 수행된 전체 압력은 약1내지 약10가압임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 하나이상의 화합물(들)의 기류 또는 액체 흐름을 액체상속으로 공급하는 경우, 상기 화합물(들)의 흐름속도가 0.001내지 5몰/시간/액체성 1ℓ임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 하나이상이 F-X결합을 갖는 화합물(들)의 흐름 속도가 0.01내지 2몰/시간/액체상 1ℓ임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 액체상이 반응시작에 앞서 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 화합물(들)을 이미 함유하는 경우, 하나이상의 F-X결합을 갖는 화합물 대 테트라플루오로에틸렌의 몰비가 0.01내지 0.1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 불활성 기체가 질소, 아르곤, 헬륨, CF4, C2F6및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1, 11, 12, 및 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 자외방사선의 존재하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1, 11, 12 및 13항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 수득할 수 있는, 식(CF2-CF2O) 및 (CF2O)의 과플루오로알킬렌옥시 단위체를 함유하는 과산화성 과플루오로폴리에테르.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
