Claims (75)
- 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편을 인코딩하는 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드로서, 상기 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편은
(a) SEQ ID NO: 11의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄 CDR1,
SEQ ID NO: 12의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄 CDR2,
SEQ ID NO: 13의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄 CDR3,
SEQ ID NO: 15의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR1,
SEQ ID NO: 16의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR2, 및
SEQ ID NO: 17의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR3;
(b) SEQ ID NO: 19의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄 CDR1,
SEQ ID NO: 20의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄 CDR2,
SEQ ID NO: 21의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄 CDR3,
SEQ ID NO: 23의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR1,
SEQ ID NO: 24의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR2, 및
SEQ ID NO: 25의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR3; 또는

SEQ ID NO: 32의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR2, 및
SEQ ID NO: 33의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄 CDR3
를 포함하는 것인 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드. - 제1항에 있어서, (a)에서, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이 SEQ ID NO: 35와 적어도 90%의 서열 동일성을 갖는 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역 및 SEQ ID NO: 37과 적어도 90%의 서열 동일성을 갖는 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역을 포함하고, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이 제1항의 (a)에 기재된 바와 같은 6개의 CDR을 포함하는 것인 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)에서, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이 SEQ ID NO: 35와 적어도 95%의 서열 동일성을 갖는 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역 및 SEQ ID NO: 37과 적어도 95%의 서열 동일성을 갖는 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역을 포함하고, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이 제1항의 (a)에 기재된 바와 같은 6개의 CDR을 포함하는 것인 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)에서, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이 SEQ ID NO: 35의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역 및 SEQ ID NO: 37의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역을 포함하는 것인 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)에서, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이
(a) SEQ ID NO: 14의 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역 및 SEQ ID NO: 10의 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역; 또는
(b) SEQ ID NO: 22의 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역 및 SEQ ID NO: 18의 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역; 또는
(c) SEQ ID NO: 30의 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역 및 SEQ ID NO: 26의 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역
을 포함하는 것인 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이 다음 특성 중 하나 이상을 갖는 것인 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드:
(a) CD155에 대한 TIGIT의 결합을 억제;
(b) IL-2 생산에 의해 측정시 CD155를 발현하는 항원 제시 세포의 존재 하에 고유 T 세포 활성화를 증가;
(c) IL-12 생산에 의해 측정시 항원-특이적 T-세포 활성화를 증가;
(d) IL-2, IL-6, TNFα 및 IFNγ 중 어느 하나의 생산에 의해 측정시 자연 살해 세포 활성화를 증가;
(e) 적어도 하나의 전-염증성 사이토카인의 T-세포 생산을 증가; 및
(f) 적어도 하나의 항-염증성 사이토카인의 T-세포 생산을 감소. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편의 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역이, C-말단 리신이 존재하거나 존재하지 않을 수 있는 것을 조건으로 중쇄 불변 영역에 연결되어 SEQ ID NO: 40의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄를 생성하고, 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역이 경쇄 불변 영역에 연결되어 SEQ ID NO: 41의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄를 생성하는 것인 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(a) 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편의 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역이, C-말단 리신이 존재하거나 존재하지 않을 수 있는 것을 조건으로 중쇄 불변 영역에 연결되어 SEQ ID NO: 60의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄를 생성하고, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편의 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역이 경쇄 불변 영역에 연결되어 SEQ ID NO: 64의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄를 생성하거나; 또는
(b) 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편의 성숙 중쇄 가변 영역이, C-말단 리신이 존재하거나 존재하지 않을 수 있는 것을 조건으로 중쇄 불변 영역에 연결되어 SEQ ID NO: 61의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 중쇄를 생성하고, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편의 성숙 경쇄 가변 영역이 경쇄 불변 영역에 연결되어 SEQ ID NO: 64의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 경쇄를 생성하는 것인,
단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드. - 제1항에 있어서, 항체 또는 그의 항원 결합 단편이 키메라, 인간화, 베니어드화, 또는 인간 항체이고/이거나; (i) 인간 IgG1 카파 아이소형을 갖거나; (ii) 무손상 항체이거나; 또는 (iii) 단일-사슬 항체, Fab 또는 F(ab')2 단편인 것인, 단리된 폴리뉴클레오티드.
