Abstract
Description

Claims (24)
- 인쇄 회로 보드에 있어서,
도전체 트레이스들을 갖는 두 개의 외부 전기절연층들을 포함하는 복수의 층들을 갖는 인쇄 회로 보드(printed circuit board; PCB) 층 스택 - 상기 도전체 트레이스들은 상기 외부 전기절연층들 중 하나 또는 양쪽 모두 상에서 형성되고, 상기 두 개의 외부 전기절연층들 각각은 둘레(perimeter)를 포함함 - ; 및
상기 두 개의 외부 전기절연층들 사이에 삽입된 전기화학 전지 - 상기 전기화학 전지의 일부분은 상기 두 개의 외부 전기절연층들 둘 다의 상기 둘레들을 넘어 측면으로(laterally) 연장함 -
