Claims (11)
- 전극 활물질, 도전제, 결합제, 가소제 및 용매를 포함하는 리튬 이온 폴리머전지용 전극 활물질 조성물에 있어서,상기 가소제가 알칼리 금속 탄산염 또는 알칼리 토금속 탄산염이고, 그 함량이 전극 활물질 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지용 전극 활물질 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3), 탄산수소칼륨(KHCO3), 탄산리튬(Li2CO3) 및 탄산칼슘(CaCO3)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지용 전극 활물질 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 N-메틸 2-피롤리돈, 아세톤 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지용 전극 활물질 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제로는 폴리비닐알콜, 메틸 셀룰로오즈, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오즈, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 및 불소계 폴리머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지용 전극 활물질 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디플로큐레이션화제(deflocculation agent)가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머전지용 전극 활물질 조성물.
- (a) 전극 활물질, 도전제, 결합제, 용매 및 알칼리 금속 탄산염 및 알칼리 토금속 탄산염중에서 선택되고, 그 함량이 전극 활물질 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 20중량%인 가소제를 혼합하여 전극 활물질 조성물을 제조하는 단계;(b) 상기 조성물을 집전체상에 캐스팅한 다음, 건조하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 결과물을 80 내지 150℃에서 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지용 전극판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 건조후 용매가 (a)단계의 전극 활물질 조성물내의 용매의 함량의 5 내지 20 중량%로 잔류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지용 전극판의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (c)단계에서, (a)단계의 가소제가 열분해되어 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머 전지용 전극판의 제조방법.

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계의 전극 활물질 조성물에 디플로큐레이션화제(deflocculation agent)가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 폴리머전지용 전극판의 제조방법.
