Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 음극과 양극 사이에 적어도 유기 발광층을 포함하는 발광 유닛이 복수개 적층되고, 해당 각 발광 유닛 사이에 전하 발생층이 협지된 표시 소자에서, 상기 전하 발생층은 Li2SiO3, Li2CO3, Cs2CO3에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 산화물을 사용하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층이 Li2SiO3을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층이 Li2SiO3과 전하 수송 재료와의 혼합층에 의해서 구성되어 있는 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층이 Li2SiO3을 포함하는 층과, Li2SiO3과 전하 수송 재료와의 혼합층의 적층 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층에 포함되는 상기 산화물은 해당 전하 발생층에서의 상기 양극측의 계면층을 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층에서의 상기 음극측의 계면층은 프탈로시아닌 골격을 갖는 유기 재료를 사용하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층은 절연성인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 유기 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.<화학식 1>식 중, R1 내지 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 히드록실기, 아미노기, 아릴아미노기, 탄소수 20 이하의 치환 또는 비치환된 카르보닐기, 탄소수 20 이하 의 치환 또는 비치환된 카르보닐에스테르기, 탄소수 20 이하의 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기, 탄소수 20 이하의 치환 또는 비치환된 알케닐기, 탄소수 20 이하의 치환 또는 비치환된 알콕실기, 탄소수 30 이하의 치환 또는 비치환된 아릴기, 탄소수 30 이하의 치환 또는 비치환된 복소환기, 니트릴기, 니트로기, 시아노기 또는 실릴기로부터 선택되는 치환기이며, 인접하는 Rm(m=1 내지 6)은 환상 구조를 통하여 서로 결합될 수도 있고, X1 내지 X6은 각각 독립적으로 탄소 또는 질소 원자이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층에 포함되는 상기 금속 산화물은, 해당 전하 발생층에서의 상기 양극측의 계면층을 구성하고 있고, 상기 유기 화합물은 상기 계면층에 접하여 설치된 진성 전하 발생층을 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 소자.
