Description
nmとした。下部光取出し型表示装置は、上部電極125が金属電極であるため上部電極形成時の有機膜酸化による発光電圧の上昇はない。この素子を素子1′と呼ぶ。
Ar:O2混合ガスを雰囲気として真空度1Pa、スパッタクリング出力を0.2W/cm2とした。In−ZnO膜からなる上部電極125は陽極として機能し、その透過率は80%であった。この素子を素子3と呼ぶ。
−300kJ/mol 以下である、酸化タングステン,酸化モリブデンを用いることにより、発光電圧の上昇を抑制することができる。
Si膜を、ドライエッチングでパターン化し、第1トランジスタ101の活性層103,第2トランジスタ102の活性層103′、及び容量下部電極105を形成した。
118…第1層間絶縁膜、119…第2層間絶縁膜、120…第3層間絶縁膜、121…正孔輸送層、122…有機発光層、123…電子輸送層、124…電子注入層、125…上部電極、126…保護層、127…バッファ層、128…補助電極、129…正孔注入層、136…平坦化層、200…反射電極。
Claims (2)
- 基板と、
有機発光層と、
前記有機発光層を挟持する上部電極及び下部電極と、を有し、
前記下部電極は、前記基板と前記有機発光層間に配置され、
前記上部電極は、前記下部電極に対して前記基板の配置位置とは反対側に配置され、
前記上部電極側から前記有機発光層の発光光を取出すものであって、
前記有機発光層と前記上部電極との間に、窒素原子をひとつ以上含む複素環を有する有機材料を主成分とする電子注入層または電子輸送層である有機層を有し、
前記有機層と前記上部電極との間に、酸化バナジウム,酸化タングステンまたは酸化モリブデンであるバッファ層を有することを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。 - 請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置であって、
前記有機層の窒素原子をひとつ以上含む複素環基は、キノリン,オキサゾール,チアゾール,トリアジン,カルバゾール,イミダゾール,ピラゾリン,トリアゾール,イソキノリン,キナゾリン,フェナントロリンのいずれかであることを特徴とする有機発光表示装置。
