Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 폴리불화비닐리덴 및 유기 액상체를 포함하는 혼합물, 또는 폴리불화비닐리덴, 유기 액상체 및 무기 미분체를 포함하는 혼합물을 용융 혼련하고, 압출하여 중공 섬유를 성형하고, 중공 섬유로부터 유기 액상체 또는 유기 액상체 및 무기 미분체를 추출하며, 추출 종료 전의 중공 섬유 또는 추출 종료 후의 중공 섬유를 연신하고, 계속해서 수축시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출 종료 전의 중공 섬유를 연신하고, 계속해서 수축시키는 공정을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신 후, 연신에 의한 실 길이 증분에 대한 실 길이 수축률이 0.3 이상 0.9 이하의 범위가 되도록 중공 섬유를 수축시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신하고, 계속해서 수축시키는 공정 후, 100 ℃ 이상 160 ℃ 이하로 중공 섬유의 열 처리를 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신이 상대하는 한쌍의 무한 궤도식 벨트를 포함하는 인취기를 사용하여 행하여 지고, 인취기는 연신의 상류측과 하류측에 구비되어 있고, 각각의 인취기에 있어서는 상대하는 벨트 사이에 중공 섬유를 끼워, 쌍방의 벨트를 동일 속도로 같은 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 실 보내기가 행하여 지고, 하류측의 인취기에서의 실 보내기 속도가 상류측의 인취기에서의 실 보내기 속도보다 빠른 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 폴리불화비닐리덴, 유기 액상체 및 무기 미분체를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 연신하고, 계속해서 수축시키는 공정이 유기 액상체의 추출 전에, 또한 무기 미분체의 추출 전에 행하여 지는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 연신하고, 계속해서 수축시키는 공정이 유기 액상체의 추출 후에, 또한 무기 미분체의 추출 전에 행하여 지는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수축 공정 중에 중공 섬유가 권축되는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체, 및 폴리불화비닐리덴에 불활성이고 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체를 용해하는 용제를 포함하는 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체 용액을 추출 종료 후의 중공 섬유에 침투시키고, 중공 섬유로부터 용제를 제거하기 위해 건조하는 공정을 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 연신 후, 연신에 의한 실 길이 증분에 대한 실 길이 수축률이 0.5 이상 0.85 이하의 범위가 되도록 수축이 행해지는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수축이 상대하는 한쌍의 무한 궤도식 벨트를 포함하는 인취기를 사용하여 행하여 지고, 인취기는 수축의 상류측과 하류측에 구비되어 있고, 각각의 인취기에 있어서는 상대하는 벨트 사이에 중공 섬유를 끼워, 쌍방의 벨트를 동일 속도로 같은 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 실 보내기가 행하여 지고, 하류측의 인취기에서의 실 보내기 속도가 상류측의 인취기에서의 실 보내기 속도보다 느린 제조 방법.
