Claims (16)
- 섬유단면상에 3개 이상의 알칼리 이용해성 폴리머인 용출성분(S)이 섬유형성성 성분(F)내에 분산, 배열되어 있는 구조를 갖고, 상기 섬유형성성 성분(F)내에 (ⅰ) 100㎚ 이상의 평균입경을 갖는 무기입자가 섬유형성성 성분 대비 10,000ppm 이상 함유되어 있으며, (ⅱ) 10nm 이상의 평균입경을 갖는 플루오르 중합체 입자가 섬유형성성 성분 대비 1,000ppm 이상 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유형성성 성분(F)내에 분산, 배열된 용출성분(S)의 개수가 3~100개인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기입자의 평균입경이 100~1,200㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유형성성 성분내 무기입자의 함량이 10,000 ~ 100,000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기입자는 이산화티탄(TiO2), 이산화실리카(SiO2) 및 탄산칼슘(CaCO3) 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오르 중합체 입자의 평균입경이 10㎚~5.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유형성성 성분내 플루오르 중합체 입자의 함량이 1,000~30,000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유형성성 성분 내에 함유된 무기입자와 플루오르 중합체 입자의 총함량 대비 섬유형성성 성분내에 함유되어 있는 플루오르 중합체 입자의 중량비가 10~50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르 중합체는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌, 테트라플루오르에틸렌과, 헥사플루오르프로펜의 공중합체 및 테트라플루오르에틸렌과 퍼플루오르알킬 비닐에스테르의 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유형성성 성분(F)은 폴리에스테르 수지 및 폴리아미드 수지 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 이용해성 성분인 용출성분(S)은 1000~4000의 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카르복실산, 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올, 1,4-사이클로헥산디카르복실레이트, 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2,2-디메틸-1,4-부탄디올, 2,2,4-트리메틸1,3-프로판디올, 아디프산 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물을 25중량% 이하 공중합시킨 공중합폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 용출형 복합섬유.
- 섬유단면상에 3개 이상의 알칼리 이용해성 폴리머인 용출성분(S)이 섬유형성성 성분(F)내에 분산, 배열되어 있는 구조를 갖고, 상기 섬유형성성 성분(F)내에 (ⅰ) 100㎚ 이상의 평균입경을 갖는 무기입자가 섬유형성성 성분 대비 10,000ppm 이상 함유되어 있으며, (ⅱ) 10nm 이상의 평균입경을 갖는 플루오르 중합체 입자가 섬유형성성 성분 대비 1,000ppm 이상 함유되어 있는 용출형 복합섬유를 가연처리하여 용출형 2성분 복합 가연사를 제조한 다음, 상기 용출형 복합 가연사를 제직용 원사의 전부나 일부로 사용하여 원단을 제직한 다음, 상기 원단을 알칼리 수용액 내에서 처리하여 원단을 구성하는 용출형 복합 가연사 내의 용출성분(S)들을 용출하여 상기 용출형 복합 가연사를 원사 단면내에 3개 이상의 중공부를 갖는 다중 중공사로 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 중공사 원단의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 플루오르 중합체 입자의 평균입경이 10㎚~5.0㎛인 것을 특 징으로 하는 다중 중공사 원단의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 섬유형성성 성분내 플루오르 중합체 입자의 함량이 1,000~30,000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 중공사 원단의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 섬유형성성 성분 내에 함유된 무기입자와 플루오르 중합체 입자의 총함량 대비 섬유형성성 성분내에 함유되어 있는 플루오르 중합체 입자의 중량비가 10~50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 중공사 원단의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르 중합체는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌, 테트라플루오르에틸렌과, 헥사플루오르프로펜의 공중합체 및 테트라플루오르에틸렌과 퍼플루오르알킬 비닐에스테르의 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 중공사 원단의 제조방법.
