Claims (14)
- (1) 폴리비닐덴플루오라이드(PVDF), 용매 및 비용매를 포함하는 방사 원액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(2) 상기 방사 원액 및 내부 응고제를 방사 노즐을 통해 방사하고 외부 응고액에 침지하여 중공사를 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 방사 원액 내 용매와 상기 내부 응고제의 용해도 파라미터 차는 2 ~ 15 MPa1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사 원액 내 용매의 용해도는 18 내지 35 MPa1/2이며, 내부 응고제의 용해도는 19 내지 50 MPa1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 감마부틸로락톤(γ-butyrolactone), 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc), N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 디메틸술폭시드, 디메틸포름아미드, 디부틸프탈레이트(Dibutyl Phthalate), 디메틸프탈레이트(Dimethyl phthalate), 디에틸프탈레이트(Diethyl phthalate), 디옥틸프탈레이트(Dioctyl phthalate), 디옥틸세바케이트(Dioctyl sebacate) 및 글리세롤 트리아세테이트(Glycerol triacetate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비용매는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜 및 프로필렌글리콜메틸에테르로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방사 원액은 폴리비닐덴플루오라이드(PVDF) 100중량부에 대하여 용매 180 내지 400중량부 및 비용매 30 내지 100중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 응고제는 감마부틸로락톤(γ-butyrolactone), 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc), N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 디메틸술폭시드, 디메틸포름아미드, 디부틸프탈레이트(Dibutyl Phthalate), 디메틸프탈레이트(Dimethyl phthalate), 디에틸프탈레이트(Diethyl phthalate), 디옥틸프탈레이트(Dioctyl phthalate), 디옥틸세바케이트(Dioctyl sebacate), 글리세롤 트리아세테이트(Glycerol triacetate), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜메틸에테르 및 글리세린(Glycerin)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 내부 응고제는 감마부틸로락톤(γ-butyrolactone), 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc) 및 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상과 글리세린(Glycerin), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(PEG) 및 디에틸렌 글리콜(DEG)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 5 : 5 내지 9 : 1의 혼합 중량비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 디메틸아세트아미드(DMAc) 또는 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP)이며, 상기 내부 응고제는 감마부틸로락톤(γ-butyrolactone) 및 글리세린(Glycerin)이 5 : 5 내지 9 : 1의 중량비로 혼합된 혼합 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (2)단계의 방사 노즐은 다중 관형 방사 노즐이며,
상기 방사 원액을 다중 관형 방사 노즐의 외부관으로 토출하고, 동시에 다중 관형 방사 노즐 내부관으로 내부 응고제를 토출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 중공; 및
상기 중공의 외주를 따라 형성된 분리층;을 포함하며,
상기 분리층은 스폰지 구조(Sponge like structure)를 포함하고, 핑거 형태(finger-like) 매크로기공(macro void)은 포함하지 않으며, 상기 분리층의 평균 공경은 0.03 내지 0.1 ㎛이고, 평균 기공 크기의 오차범위 ±50%를 만족하는 기공이 전체 기공 중 95%이상이며, 수투과도가 500LMH 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막. - 삭제

상기 중공사막은 인장강도가 5 MPa이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막.
