Description
도2는 본 발명에 따른 PVDF 비대칭 중공사막을 제조하기 위한 2중 관형 노즐의 단면도이다.
도3은 본 발명의 바람직한 일구현예에 따른 PVDF 중공사막의 단면을 측정한 사진이다.
도4는 본 발명의 바람직한 다른 일구현예에 따른 PVDF 중공사막의 외부단면을 1K로 확대하여 측정한 사진이다.
도5는 본 발명의 바람직한 다른 일구현예에 따른 PVDF 중공사막의 외부단면을 5K로 확대하여 측정한 사진이다.

Claims (15)
- 삭제
- (1) 폴리비닐덴플루오라이드(PVDF), 가소제 및 유기미분체를 170℃ 내지 300℃ 온도에서 용융 혼합하여 조액을 제조하는 단계;
(2) 상기 조액을 방사 노즐을 통해 압출 성형하여 중공사를 형성하는 단계; 및
(3) 상기 형성된 중공사를 외부 응고액에 침지하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 유기미분체는
(ⅰ) 적어도 하나의 이중결합을 포함하는 소수성기 및 카르복시기를 포함하는 친수성기를 동시에 갖는 양쪽 친매성 화합물 및
(ⅱ) 적어도 하나의 이중결합을 포함하는 소수성기 및 아민기를 포함하는 친수성기를 동시에 갖는 양쪽 친매성 화합물을 혼합하여 형성된 미셀(micelle)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (ⅰ) 양쪽 친매성 화합물의 소수성기는 탄소 수가 14 내지 22이며, 적어도 하나의 이중결합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (ⅱ) 양쪽 친매성 화합물의 소수성기는 탄소 수가 8 내지 41이며, 적어도 하나의 이중결합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유기미분체는 올레산(Oleic acid) 및 올레일아민(Oleylamine)을 혼합하여 형성된 미셀(micelle)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (ⅰ), (ⅱ) 양쪽 친매성 화합물의 혼합 몰 비는 4 : 6 내지 6 : 4인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가소제는 디부틸프탈레이트(Dibutyl Phthalate), 디에틸프탈레이트(Diethyl phthalate), 디옥틸프탈레이트(Dioctyl phthalate), 디옥틸아디페이트(Dioctyl adipate), 에틸렌글리콜(Ethylene glycol), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(Poly ethylene glycol), 디옥틸세바케이트(Dioctyl sebacate), 글리세롤 트리아세테이트(Glycerol triacetate), 프로필렌글리콜메틸에테르(Propylene glycolmethylether), 프로필렌 카보네이트(Propylene carbonate), 에틸렌 카보네이트(Ethylene carbonate), 메틸 페닐아세테이트(Methyl phenylacetate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (1)단계의 조액은 PVDF 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 60 내지 230 중량부 및 유기미분체 25 내지 75 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (2) 단계의 방사 노즐은 상기 (1)단계의 용융 온도보다 ± 20℃로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.

- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 외부 응고액은 물, 디부틸프탈레이트(Dibutyl Phthalate), 디메틸프탈레이트(Dimethyl phthalate), 디에틸프탈레이트(Diethyl phthalate), 디옥틸프탈레이트(Dioctyl phthalate), 디옥틸세바케이트(Dioctyl sebacate), 글리세롤 트리아세테이트(Glycerol triacetate), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(Polyethylene glycol), 에틸렌 글리콜(Ethylene glycol), 프로필렌 글리콜(Propylene glycol), 디에틸렌 글리콜(Diethylene glycol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (3)단계의 외부 응고액은 -10 내지 120℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 (3)단계의 외부 응고액 침지 과정에서 상기 유기미분체가 추출되어 기공을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제조된 중공사막을 연신하는 (4)단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 (4)단계는15 내지 150℃의 연신 온도에서, 1.1 내지 2.0배의 연신비로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
