Claims (13)
- (1) 폴리비닐덴플루오라이드(PVDF), 가소제 및 검화도(degree of Saponification)가 85 ~ 100%인 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 친수성 고분자를 170 내지 300℃ 온도에서 용융 혼합하여 조액을 제조하는 단계;
(2) 상기 조액을 중공형성을 위한 내부응고액과 함께 방사 노즐을 통해 압출 성형하여 중공사를 형성하는 단계; 및
(3) 상기 형성된 중공사를 외부 응고액에 침지하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 제조방법을 통해 제조되는 PVDF 중공사막은 검화도가 85 ~ 100%인 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 친수성 고분자를 10 내지 30중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (3) 단계 이후 검화도가 85 ~ 100%인 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 친수성 고분자를 용출시키는 단계를 더 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중공사막은 내부는 구형구조를 포함하고, 분리층 외부표면은 바이콘티뉴어스 구조를 포함하며, 상기 구형구조는 분리층에서 중공사막 내부로 갈수록 직경이 커지는 비대칭 구형구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 가소제는 디부틸프탈레이트(Dibutyl Phthalate), 디메틸프탈레이트(Dimethyl phthalate), 디에틸프탈레이트(Diethyl phthalate), 디옥틸프탈레이트(Dioctyl phthalate), 디옥틸아디페이트(Dioctyl adipate), 에틸렌글리콜(Ethylene glycol), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(Poly ethylene glycol), 디옥틸세바케이트(Dioctyl sebacate), 글리세롤 트리아세테이트(Glycerol triacetate), 프로필렌글리콜메틸에테르(Propylene glycolmethylether), 프로필렌 카보네이트(Propylene carbonate), 에틸렌 카보네이트(Ethylene carbonate), 메틸 페닐아세테이트(Methyl phenylacetate) 및 감마부틸로락톤(γ-butyrolactone)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (1)단계의 조액은 PVDF 100중량부에 대하여 가소제 60 내지 230중량부 및 검화도가 85 ~ 100%인 폴리비닐알코올을 함유하는 친수성 고분자 10 내지 40중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (2) 단계의 압출 성형은 압축기 스크류 속도가 40 내지 90rpm으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외부 응고액은 물, 디부틸프탈레이트(Dibutyl Phthalate), 디메틸프탈레이트(Dimethyl phthalate), 디에틸프탈레이트(Diethyl phthalate), 디옥틸프탈레이트(Dioctyl phthalate), 디옥틸세바케이트(Dioctyl sebacate), 글리세롤 트리아세테이트(Glycerol triacetate), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(Polyethylene glycol), 에틸렌 글리콜(Ethylene glycol), 프로필렌 글리콜(Propylene glycol), 디에틸렌 글리콜(Diethylene glycol), 이소프로필알코올(Isopropyl alcohol), 메탄올(Methanol) 및 에탄올(Ethanol)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (3)단계의 외부 응고액은 -10 내지 120℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제조된 중공사막을 연신하는 (4)단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 (4)단계는15 내지 150℃의 연신 온도에서, 1.1 내지 2.0배의 연신비로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PVDF 중공사막의 제조방법.
