Claims (9)
- 전착도료 정제용 필터분리막 모듈의 결함 검사방법에 있어서,
(1) 80 ~ 120 NTU의 탁도 및 80 ~ 120 ppm 도료 농도를 가지는 도료 수용액 유입원수를 준비하고 탁도를 측정하는 단계;
(2) 상기 유입원수를 40~60%의 회수율 조건 및 10~40 psi의 압력 조건으로 필터분리막 모듈에 여과시켜 투과수를 얻는 단계; 및
(3) 상기 투과수의 탁도를 측정하여, 상기 유입원수와 투과수의 탁도가 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는지 여부를 검사하는 단계; 를 포함하는 전착도료 정제용 필터분리막 모듈의 결함 검사방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필터분리막 모듈은 분리막을 포함하고,
상기 분리막은 한외 여과막(UF) 또는 정밀 여과막(MF)인 전착도료 정제용 필터분리막 모듈의 결함 검사방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 분리막의 평균 공경은 0.01 ~ 10 μm인 전착도료 정제용 필터분리막 모듈의 결함 검사방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 분리막은 폴리술폰계, 폴리아미드계, 폴리이미드계, 폴리에스테르계, 올레핀계, 불화계, 폴리벤조이미다졸 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 고분자 물질을 포함하는 전착도료 정제용 필터분리막 모듈의 결함 검사방법. - 삭제

- 유입원수가 저장되는 원수탱크; 상기 원수탱크에 접속되어 유입원수를 이동시키는 제1배관; 상기 유입원수를 일정한 압력으로 이동시키는 유입 원수 펌프; 상기 유입 펌프에 접속된 제2배관; 제1밸브; 필터분리막 모듈; 압력게이지; 제2밸브; 및 배출구;를 포함하며,
상기 필터분리막 모듈은 한외 여과막(UF) 또는 정밀 여과막(MF)을 포함하고,
상기 유입원수는 80 ~ 120 NTU의 탁도 및 80 ~ 120 ppm의 도료 농도를 가지는 도료 수용액을 포함하며,
상기 제2배관을 통해 공급압력 10 ~ 40 psi로 상기 유입원수를 필터분리막 모듈에 공급 및 여과시키며,
상기 배출구로부터 40 ~ 60%의 회수율로 투과수를 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 장치.
