Description
技术领域
本发明涉及旋转电机,例如同步电机。还涉及双馈电机、异步静态变流器级联的应用、外磁极电机和同步磁通电机,并且涉及主要在发电站中用作发电机来发电的交流电机。本发明特别涉及这些电机中的定子和固定绕组的方法以及对构成定子绕组的定子齿和绝缘的导电体进行冷却的方法。
背景技术
类似的电机按常规设计其电压在15~30kV的范围内,并且30kV通常被认为是其上限。这一般意味着发电机必须经由一变压器连接于电网,该变压器将电压升至电网的水平,电网电压电平约在130-400kV的范围内。本发明主要供高电压使用。这里所谓的高电压应理解为超过10kV的电压。用于本发明的电机的常用操作范围可以是从36kV至800kV的电压。本发明还拟用于电压低于36kV的所述技术领域。
对于常规的冷却方法存在两种不同的空气冷却系统:空气经过转子通过转子毂和转子中的径向通道进行的径向冷却,和利用轴向风扇将空气吹入磁极间隙中进行的轴向冷却。定子分成借助于焊接就位的多个(常常是直的)间隔板形成的多个径向空气通道。由于轴向通过定子铁芯叠片的热导率较差,空气通道必须被频繁地反复。空气冷却的缺点在于通风损失是相当大的,并且由于通风道而使定子变得较长。此外,特别是对于具有长齿的所述高压发电机,通风道也会在机械上削弱结构。
轴向液体冷却、例如借助于冷却管如金属管在定子磁轭中进行的水冷却在相当长的一段时间内是已知的。其一个缺点是:如果金属管存在于随时间变化的磁通量中,在金属管中将感应出涡流电流,从而在用于电机中时将导致某些功率损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方法用以将一冷却管安装在冷却管道道中,并且还提供一种旋转电机,该电机包括采用这种方法安装的冷却管连同对这种电机中的定子尤其是定子齿进行的直接冷却。
本发明的另一目的是除去通风道,由此形成较短的和较强的定子,同时确保定子齿中的磁通量尽可能小地受所述冷却的干扰。这个目的还获得较高的效率。
本发明的又一目的是借助于这些冷却管实现电缆在定子槽中的牢靠的固定。
上述目的通过本发明的方法和装置得以实现,本发明具有附属权利要求书中所限定的特征。
通过采用具有与用在输送电力的电缆(例如,XLPE电缆)中的坚固绝缘层类似的高电压绝缘的导电体,电机的电压可升至使其能直接连接于电网而无需采用中间变压器的水平。从而可以除去常规的变压器。这种构思通常要求其中设置电缆的定子槽比常规技术更深(应付较高电压的较厚的绝缘层和更多的绕组匝数)。这意味着其损失的分布不同于在常规电机中的,这又引起例如在冷却定子和特别是在冷却定子齿方面的新问题。
用于本发明的绝缘的导体或高压电缆是柔性的并且是在WO97/45919和WO97/45847中较详细描述的类型。这种绝缘的导体或电缆在WO97/45918、WO97/45930和WO97/45931中也有所描述。
因此,在本发明的装置中,绕组优选为相应于具有固态挤塑绝缘层的电缆的型式,类似于通常用来配电的那些,例如XLPE-电缆或具有EPR(乙烯/丙烯橡胶)绝缘层的电缆。这样的电缆包括一个由一股或多股元件组成的内部导体、一个包围该导体的内部半导电层、一个包围该半导电层的固态绝缘层和一个包围该绝缘层的外部半导电层。这样的电缆是柔性的,这是一个重要的性能,因为用于本发明装置的技术基本上是以绕组系统为基础的,其中绕组是由在组装时被弯曲的导体形成的。XLPE-电缆的挠曲度通常对于直径为30mm的电缆而言相当于约20cm的曲率半径,而对于直径为80mm的电缆而言相当于约65cm的曲率半径。在本申请书中术语“柔性的”用以说明绕组至少可弯曲到约为电缆直径的4倍的曲率半径,优选为电缆直径的8至12倍。
应当将绕组构造成当其受弯曲时和在操作过程中遭受热应力或机械应力作用时也能保持其各种性能。在这方面非常重要的是各个层保持它们之间的互相粘附。在这里决定性的是各层的材料性能,尤其是它们的弹性和相对热膨胀系数。例如在XLPE-电缆中,绝缘层由交联的低密度聚乙烯构成,而半导电层由混合有煤烟和金属粒子的聚乙烯构成。由于温度波动引起的体积变化完全被吸收转变为电缆半径上的变化,并且相对于这些材料的弹性来说,由于各层的热膨胀系数之间比较微小的差别,可能发生径向膨胀但不会损失各层间的粘附。
上述材料的组合只应被视为举例。满足所规定的条件且能够半导电的其他材料组合当然也属于本发明的范围内,所谓半导电即具有在10-1-106ohm-cm范围内的电阻率,例如1-500ohm-cm或10-200ohm-cm。
内、外半导电层可以是由同样的原料制成但混合有导电材料的颗粒如煤烟或金属粉末。
这些材料的机械性能、特别是它们的热膨胀系数受到是否混合有煤烟或金属粉末的影响很小-至少在为达到本发明需要的导电率所要求的比例上。因此绝缘层和半导电层基本上具有相同的热膨胀系数。
乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物/丁腈橡胶、丁基聚乙烯(butylpolyethylere)、乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物和乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物也可以构成适用于半导电层的聚合物。
即使当不同类型的材料用作各个不同层的原料时,也要求它们的热膨胀系数基本上是相同的。以上列举的材料组合就是这种情况。
以上列举的材料具有较好的弹性,其弹性模量E<500Mpa,优选<200Mpa。这样的弹性足以在弹性的径向方向上吸收各层材料的热膨胀系数之间任何较小的差别,从而不会出现裂缝或其他的损坏,并且各个层也不会互相分离。各层中的材料是弹性的,并且各层间的粘附性至少与材料中最弱的部分处于同一数量级。
两半导电层的导电率足以使沿每一层的电位基本上相等。外部半导电层的导电率不应太小以便将电场容纳在电缆中,但同时不应太大以便不会因在层的纵向方向感应出的电流而引起显著损失。
因此,两半导电层的每一个基本上构成一个等电位面,并且由这些层组成的绕组基本上将电场封闭在其内部。
当然,可以在绝缘层中设置一个或多个附加的半导电层。
本发明涉及借助于预成形的三角形XLPE管将电缆固定于高压发电机中的方法,该三角形管在操作过程中还用于冷却绕组和定子铁心的齿部分。在组装时,预成形管被插进电缆与齿之间的三角形空间内。管子的形状应能提供足够的间隙以便于管子的插装。当安装好管子时,将其加热到使其可以成形的125-130℃的温度。并且,向管子内部施加过压以便使管子紧紧压靠电缆和槽壁。管子的加热和加压是通过对一压力介质进行加热和加压而使管子软化和扩张来实现的,借此,其外周边呈现紧紧贴靠着电缆和槽壁的形状。当保持过压力时,将管子通过用冷压力介质(如冷水)交换热压力介质来加以冷却,该冷压力介质充满扩张了的管子并使其固化和永久地保持这种扩张的形状。管子这时将作为弹性元件,吸收在操作过程中的电缆的热膨胀。管子还用作在操作过程中的冷却管,冷却介质的过压力在电缆上形成稳定的压力。这种作用在电缆和槽壁上的压力同样改善了其热传递。管子在每一个或所有其他的电缆空间中贴靠着其中一个槽壁设置。
本发明还涉及设有利用这种方法安装的冷却管/固定装置的一种旋转电机。
这种电机包括用绝缘材料如一种聚合物制成的沿轴向延伸的冷却管,该冷却管被拉过各个定子齿中的三角形电缆空间。管子在所述空间中被扩张,从而当冷却剂在管子中循环时产生良好的热传递。管子在定子磁轭中且沿定子的轴向全长在各个定子齿中延伸,并且如有必要,它们可被拼接在定子齿中。
聚合物冷却管是不导电的并因此排除了短路的危险,也不可能在它们之中产生涡流电流。聚合物冷却管也可以被冷弯曲并被拉过几个冷却管通道而无需拼接,这是一个很大的优点。
聚合物冷却管可用许多材料来制造,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁烯、聚偏二氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯以及填充和增强的弹体。在这些材料中,优选高密度聚乙烯即HDPE,因为其导热率随密度的增加而增加。如果聚乙烯是交联的,这可以通过分裂过氧化物、硅烷交联或辐射模制(radiation patterning)来实现,则可以提高其在高温时的抗压能力,同时没有电压腐蚀的危险。交联聚乙烯,例如产自Wirsbo bruksAB的XLPE管被用于例如水管。
在本发明的方法和装置中,绕组优选为相应于具有固态挤塑绝缘层的电缆的型式,类似于用来配电的那些,例如XLPE-电缆或具有EPR绝缘层的电缆。这样的电缆包括一个由一股或多股元件组成的内部导体、一个包围该导体的内部半导电层、一个包围该半导电层的固态绝缘层和一个包围该绝缘层的外部半导电层。这样的电缆是柔性的,这是一个重要的性能,因为用于本发明装置的技术是以绕组系统为基础的,在该绕组系统中绕组被来回地拉成许多匝,也就是说,不需要象在由刚性导体组成的铁芯中的绕组那样在线圈端部进行拼接。XLPE-电缆的挠曲度通常对于直径为30mm的电缆而言相当于约20cm的曲率半径,而对于直径为80mm的电缆而言相当于约65cm的曲率半径。在本申请书中术语“柔性的”用以说明绕组可弯曲到约为电缆直径的8至25倍的曲率半径。

例如,绝缘层可由坚固的热塑性材料构成,诸如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚丁烯(PB)、聚甲基戊烯(PMP)、如交联聚乙烯(XLPE)等交联材料,或者如乙烯丙烯橡胶(EPR)或硅橡胶等的橡胶。
内、外半导电层可以是由同样的原料制成,但混合有导电材料的颗粒如煤烟或金属粉末。
这些材料的机械性能、特别是它们的热膨胀系数受到是否混合有煤烟或金属粉末的影响很小。因此绝缘层和半导电层基本上具有相同的热膨胀系数。
乙烯乙酸乙烯酯共聚物/丁腈橡胶、丁基聚乙烯、乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物和乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物也可以构成适用于半导电层的聚合物。
即使当不同类型的材料用作各个不同层的原料时,也要求它们的热膨胀系数基本上是相同的。以上列举的材料的组合就是这种情况。
以上列举的材料具有的弹性足以在弹性的径向方向上吸收各层材料的热膨胀系数之间的较小的差别,从而不会出现裂纹或其他的损坏,并且各个层也不会互相分离。
两半导电层的导电率足以使沿每一层的电位基本相等。同时,该导电率小到使外部半导电层具有足以将电场容纳在电缆中的电阻率。
因此,两半导电层的每一个基本上构成一个等电位面,并且由这些层组成的绕组基本上将电场封闭在其内部。
当然,可以在绝缘层中设置一个或多个附加的半导电层。

具体实施方式
图1示出电机的一部分,其中转子已被拆去以便更清楚地展示定子1是如何设置的。定子1的主要部分由定子框架2、包括多个定子齿4的定子铁芯3和定子磁轭5构成。定子还包括设置在空间7中以高压电缆形式的定子绕组6;该空间7被成形为一自行车链条形状,如图3所示,它形成在各个单独的定子齿4之间。在图3中定子绕组6只用其导电体表示。如图1所示,定子绕组6在定子1的每一侧形成线圈端部束8。图3还展示了高压电缆的绝缘根据其在定子1中的径向位置在几段尺寸内分级。为简便起见,图1在定子的每一端部只示出一个线圈端部束。
在大型的常规电机中,定子框架2常常由焊接的钢板结构构成。在大型电机中,定子铁芯3作为层叠的铁芯也是已知的,其通常由0.35mm厚的芯板制成,并被分成轴向长度约为50mm的几组并且通过形成5mm宽通风道的隔板互相隔离开。但是,在所述的电机中,通风道被除去了。在大型电机中,每个层叠组是这样形成的,即通过设置金属板扇形部分9,将扇形部分9冲剪成适当的尺寸以形成第一层,每一接连的层交叉地放置以形成定子铁芯3的一个完整层叠部件。各部件和隔板通过压力托架10固定在一起,托架10被紧压在未示出的压力环、指状件或扇形件上。图1中只示出两个压力托架。
图2示出本发明的高压电缆11的横截面。高压电缆11包括例如用铜(Cu)制成的很多股元件12,并且具有圆形横截面。这些股元件12设置在高压电缆11的中心。围绕着该多股元件12的是第一半导电层13。围绕着第一半导电层13的是绝缘层14,例如,XLPE绝缘层。围绕绝缘层14的是第二半导电层15。因此“高压电缆”的概念在本申请书中并不包括通常包围着配电用电缆的外部保护包皮。高压电缆的直径在20-250mm之间并且导电面积在80-3000mm2之间。在示出了形成绝缘的导电体或电缆的部件图中,使三个层即使当电缆受弯曲时也能互相粘附在一起。所述的电缆是柔性的并且在电缆的整个工作寿命期间保持这种性能。
图3示意地示出一电机的径向扇形区,它具有定子1的金属板扇形部分9和在电机转子17上的一个转子磁极16。显然高压电缆11设置在类似于一自行车链条的空间7内,该空间7形成在各个定子齿4之间。空间7在图中是以自行车链条的形状表示的,但是如图4中所示,按照本发明的一个实施方案,槽的一侧是完全平坦的。
图4示出高压电缆11的四个电缆部件18,这些部件装进一不对称的定子齿槽20内,该齿槽20具有为了与电缆部件配合的波浪形侧面21和一个平坦侧面22。定子齿槽20的形状形成各个电缆部件18之间的三角形空间23。在这些空间23中的每一个或多个空间中安装了管件24,该管件24已被预成形以便适应于空间23的形状,但其尺寸较小以便容易插进空间23中。术语“管件”在下文中表示它的功能既作为“冷却管”又作为“固定装置”。
将管件24插进空间23内并将一压力介质加热和对管件24施压,管件24将软化和扩张,其外周边呈现空间23的限制区域的形状,这个形状由电缆部件的第二半导电层15和定子齿槽20的平坦侧面22所界定,此后,在保持恒压下,用充满了被扩张管件24的冷压力介质取代热压力介质并且使管件固化和永久性地保持这种扩张的形状。在不同的温度下采用同样的压力介质也是可行的。在那种情况下,热压力介质的温度将高于管件的软化温度,而冷压力介质的温度将保持低于管件的软化温度。为了防止管件的自由部分、即位于定子外边的部分产生膨胀,在开始对冷却管施压之前给这些部分设置防膨胀护板。
每个管件24用绝缘材料制成,例如由一种聚合物优选XLPE制成,以便防止其与定子齿4的板或与电缆部件18的第二半导电层15发生电接触。
在膨胀过程中管件24的壁厚被减小了。管件24可以一直扩张到剩下原始壁厚G的50%。将管件的壁厚和其他性能选择成确保:在被扩张以后,剩下的壁厚足以完全填满管件的外周边与电缆部件的第二半导电层之间以及与定子齿槽的平坦侧面22之间的间隙。管件的材料根据导热系数、线性膨胀系数和热成形性能等因素来确定。
虽然所描述的实施方案涉及三角形的电缆空间,但也能采用其他的空间形式,例如,可以将各个电缆以较大的径向间隔设置,从而形成砂漏形空间,在该空间中可以按照本发明安装预成形的砂漏形冷却管/固定装置。管件在被扩张以前具有不同于空间本身的横截面也是可以的,例如椭圆形横截面,只是管件必须具有可以充分膨胀的壁厚。
Claims (16)
1.一种旋转电机,包括:
一定子,具有由定子齿分隔开的定子磁轭和定子齿槽,所述定子齿从所述定子磁轭向内延伸并具有波浪形的侧面和平坦侧面;
具有绝缘电缆的定子电缆绕组,所述绝缘电缆具有基本上圆形的横截面,其构形适合于被容纳到所述定子齿槽的波浪形侧面的凹面部分之中,并且在所述绝缘电缆绕组和所述定子齿的平坦侧面之间形成空间,所述空间沿轴向延伸贯穿所述定子,所述凹面部分具有基本上与所述绝缘电缆的外部相匹配的圆形横截面;和
至少一个由绝缘材料制成的安装在所述定子齿槽之中的管件,以便插入到所述绝缘电缆绕组和所述定子齿的平坦侧面之间的空间。
2.权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于所述至少一个管件用聚合物材料制成。
3.权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于所述至少一个管件(24)用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)制成。
4.权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于所述至少一个管件(24)用交联聚乙烯(XLPE)制成。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项所述的电机,其特征在于所述空间(23)是三角形的,并且所述至少一个管件(24)也是三角形的。
6.权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于所述至少一个管件(24)设置在所述定子齿槽(20)中的所有空间(23)内。
7.权利要求1所述的电机,其特征在于,所述绝缘电缆包括高压电缆(11),该高压电缆(11)包括一个具有多股元件(12)的导体、一个封闭该导体的内部半导电层(13)、一封闭该内部半导电层的绝缘层(14)和一个封闭该绝缘层的外部半导电层(15)。
8.权利要求7所述的电机,其特征在于所述高压电缆(11)具有在20-250mm之间的直径和在80-3000mm2之间的导电面积。
9.权利要求7所述的电机,其特征在于所述高压电缆(11)是柔性的。
10.权利要求9所述的电机,其特征在于所述高压电缆的各层(8、9、10)被弯曲时能相互粘附在一起。
11.权利要求7所述的电机,其特征在于所述高压电缆的至少一对所述内部半导电层和所述绝缘层,和所述绝缘层和所述外部半导电层基本上具有相同的热膨胀系数。
12.权利要求9所述的电机,其特征在于,所述绝缘层包括一固态材料;并且所述高电压电缆的各层相互粘附在一起。
13.权利要求7所述的电机,其特征在于,所述高压电缆的各层用具有以下这种弹性和这种热膨胀系数关系的材料制造,即:因操作过程中的温度变化引起的各层的体积变化能够由材料的弹性吸收,从而在操作过程中发生温度变化时各个层仍可保持它们之间的互相接触。
14.权利要求7所述的电机,其特征在于用于所述高压电缆的各层的材料具有高弹性。
15.权利要求7所述的电机,其特征在于用于每个所述高压电缆的各层的材料的热膨胀系数基本上是相同的。
16.权利要求7所述的电机,其特征在于所述内部半导电层和所述外部半导电层被设置成构成一个大致等电位面。
